E.H. Walter School Paradise Valley Alberta
- Grade four all core subject areas.
- Currently I am finishing off the year in a grade 4 classroom at E.H. Walter School. I
teach language arts, math, social, science and art to a group of 22 students.
- In this role, I have also had the opportunity to help with the school recycling program,
drive away hunger program, and elementary intramurals.

⧫ Temporary Teaching Position May 2017 - June 2017

Wainwright Elementary School Wainwright Alberta
- Grade one all core subject areas.
- I had the opportunity to cover a medical leave at Wainwright Elementary School for two
months following my AFX practicum.
- In this role, I worked with a group of grade one students teaching all subjects as well as
planning a singing recital for the seniors in the community with all of the grade ones in
the school.

⧫ Advance Field Experience / Extended Practicum Sept. 2016 - Apr. 2017

- Grade five all core subject areas.
 - I participated in the extended practicum program where I was able to visit the school five
times before my official start date in February.
- From the first day, I began teaching science and math units as well as assisting in
teaching language arts, physical education, and art.
- Extra-curricular legacy project involved creating a series of videos surrounding the 7
habits from the Leader in Me Program with students in all grades in the school.
