• Collaborate with other members of the Campus Instructional Leadership Team to develop the master
schedule, teaching assignments, and Campus Improvement Plan.
• Participate in meetings with general education teachers and administrators to align curriculum, ensure proper
accommodations and modifications are implemented, and transition students to middle school.
• Provide written lesson plans, implement instructional methods, participate in developing new teaching
techniques, establish positive learning expectation standards for all students, and evaluate student progress.
• Meet weekly with the Campus Instructional Coach to review plans and best practices for classroom instruction.
• Create and deliver professional development to campus staff on small group instruction, culture practices,
interventions, math instructional strategies, and data tracking.

Key Accomplishments
• Achieved the highest student survey results on campus, scoring 12% higher than the campus average.
• 4th Grade Section STAAR scores: 93% passing, 60% meets, 40% mastery. Collaborated with content partner
to raise grade level student achievement scores from 13.9% mastery / 35.3% met in 2016 to 28.1% mastery /
54.1% met in 2017.
• 3rd Grade Section STAAR scores: 75% passing, 65% meets, 45% mastery. Raised grade level student
achievement scores from 14.7% mastery / 25% met in 2016 to 32.4% mastery / 43.8% met in 2017 (12.5%
higher than district average).
• Developed a student data tracking system that was implemented campus-wide for all scholars in grades 3-5.
• Introduced Bloomz and trained 25 teachers on it, resulting in 90% of parents being connected to the school.
• Authored 5 successfully-funded grants, resulting in over $3,000 for classroom supplies.

Campus Leadership
• Meet regularly with the Principal to review school data and make administrative decisions for the campus as a
member of the Campus Instructional Leadership Team.
• Manage Title III Funds and direct the Title III Bilingual Tutoring Program on campus.
• Served as Teacher Liaison (2017-2018) and President (Fall 2016) on the Parent Teacher Student Association.
• Oversaw the Campus Needs Assessment Committees and wrote a final CNA report for the district.
• Lead professional development efforts for feeder-pattern principles on the creation and access of data trackers

• Facilitated a professional development session at the New Dual Language Teacher Academy on incorporating
technology in a dual language classroom that reached more than 150 teachers from various district schools.
