HIGH END APARTMENTS T's and C's and Rental Agreement

1. Every booking made from every respected guest will incur a 5% booking charge to reserve
the date.

2. High End Apartments will contact you upon making your reservation to arrange check-in
and check-out time.

3. The lead guest is required to send the ID DOCUMENTS i.e. PASSPORTS of himself and
the guests travelling to stay in our apartment after the booking upon receipt of this rental
agreement to tahirdaman@gmail.com. NOTE: THIS HAS TO BE SENT FOR THE GUESTS
VERIFICATION, IDENTITY AND SECURITY PURPOSES

4. Normal Check in time is 2 pm and checkout time 10 am.

5. CHECKIN TIMINGS/ CHECK OUT TIMINGS

All early/late check-in or check-out requests are subject to availability and additional
charges:
13:00 - 21:00 Free check ins
19:00 - 21:00 incurs a charge of GBP 45
21:00 - 23:00 incurs a charge of GBP 55
23:00 - 01:00 incurs a charge of GBP 75

6. Normal check out time is 10 am, its when the cleaner would arrive at the property to start
cleaning the apartment, If the guests intend to check out after 10:00 they have to arrange this
with the management of HIGH END APARTMENTS in advance right after the booking,
additional charges incur if the guests would like to check out late which are as follows.

12:00 - 13:00 incurs a charge of GBP 25

13:00 - 15:00 incurs a charge of GBP 50

15:00 – 18:00 incurs a charge of GBP 75

KEY COLLECTION:

7. You will be given a special code to pick up the keys from the nearest key nest pick up
locations which are normally in close proximity of the booked apartments from where you
will pick the keys providing them the location operator the CODE and dropping them the
keys using the same CODE. To get the key collection code, please call Tahir upon arrival

8. The tenants shall dispose all their waste material generated during the rental period in a
lawful manner.

9. High End Apartments will not tolerate any form of antisocial behavior, should the tenant or
any one from the tenant's partie behave in a way deemed to be antisocial or should there be
any breakages or damages to the apartment, then we will force charges to the tenant's credit or
debit card.

10. The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the
apartment. High End Apartments Team will not be responsible in case of any disappearance,
we advise then the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.

11. Please inform High End Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can
use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact
details provided in your confirmation.

12. The tenants should not sublet the property.
