Dear Nancy Reibold,

I am a freshman college student seeking information on financial aid for study abroad. I found out that
the Global Initiative Center offers a free booklet that explains how college students can apply for special
scholarships.

However, when I check the Global Initiative website-where I found you name and Global initiatives
mailing address- I could not find an information on the free booklet entitled “Study Abroad”.

If Global initiative has any of the free booklets available, please send me a copy to the address above. I
await your response.

Dear Robert Mason,

We are pleased to inform you that we have had a huge response to our booklet entitled “Study Abroad”.
We have been waiting for the second shipment of booklets, which you promised would arrive on
February 23.

I regret to inform that when the booklets arrived all of them were missing several pages. Although you
had guaranteed us that this printing would not have any problems, it was not only late, but the copies
are unacceptable.

We know that the Jones Printing Company has an exquisite reputation and you, Mr. Manson are one of
the company’s most experienced representatives. We are going to send the copies back to the Jones
printing company to fix this issue. I leave this problem in your capable hands.
