Homework
As a Google school, we will continue setting our homework through Google
Classroom. If you are having any problems please visit the letters page of our
website where answers to Frequently Asked Questions are posted.
Although completion of homework is encouraged it is optional and children
will not be in trouble if they do not complete it. Please speak to us if you have
difficulty accessing the internet and would like homework provided on paper.
Children have the choice of handing their homework in on paper or online.

Spellings- On Google Classroom there are the Year 3 and 4 spellings. Please practise little and often.

P.E and swimming

It is important that your child brings their PE kit on the correct days so that they are wearing suitable clothing and
footwear for the activities they will be doing. Darwin will continue to have swimming on Wednesday and P.E on
Friday. Beagle will continue to have P.E on Tuesday and swimming on Friday. The children need a white round
neck T-shirt, shorts and trainers. In the winter months they may also need tracksuit bottoms and a jumper. If you
wish for your child to be excused from swimming or P.E, your child must have a note for Mr Waller.

Summer School Uniform
It has been exciting to see a bit of sunshine recently! Please remember our uniform policy states children should
wear sturdy shoes. P lease avoid open toed sandals for safety reasons. Thank you for your support.

And finally…
We are looking forward to seeing you at Open Evening after half term, when you will an opportunity to see your
