Conscious Victim Off the Field Evaluation (2 1. Assess victim's level of consciousness and ability to communicate by asking questions and noting response. Question should be asked relating to time, place, and events to determine the athlete's ability to comprehend. a. What is your name? b. Where are you? ©. How oldare you? d.
