Posts: 5 Require your inputs regarding approximate reinforcement quantity for various works as mentioned
below:
Raft
Footings
Columns
Beams
Flat Slab
Waffle Slab
Retaining Wall
MIVAN slab
OHTs
these are just approximate to get the reinforcement quanitities as I have got only the concrete
quantities.

Footings: 60-70 kg /cu.m.

Posts: 1039 Flat Slab: 110-125 (depends on whether lateral stiffening system is provided or not)
Waffle Slab: 110 (for slab only) kg/cu.m.
Retaining Wall - depends on many factors

Raft=125-150 Kg/m3
Isolated Footings =65- 75 Kg/m3
Columns= 250 Kg/m3 at Base/and 200Kg/m3 at topmost (Average =225Kg/m3)
Joined: 26 Jan 2003 (Laps consumes substantial steel)
Posts: 2212 Beams = 225kg/m3 (conc quatty including total depth of beams)
Beams = 275 kg/m3 (conc quatty based on downstand depth of beams)
Slabs = 90-100Kg/m3
Flat slab = 175-200 Kg/m3
Waffle slab =150-175 Kg/m3
OHT = 90 Kg/m3
Retaining walls =100- 125 Kg/m3
Figures may vary depending on case to case but may not be very off
