We represent Lucy Wangechi Kairu (widow of the late Hon Munene Kairu), James Wanderi Kairu,
Patrick Maina Munene and Esther Wanjiku Muneire who are the registered proprietors of Land
Reference No 15400/2 situated in the precincts of Sosian Estate along Spine Road in Kayole/Donholm
area.

The aforesaid parcel is reserved, as a special condition of the title for use as a school. A copy of our
clients' title document is enclosed herewith for your ease of reference.

On 10d' May, 2018 a contingent of administration police officers, acting under the instructions of a
Regional Commandant known as William Kangethe Thuku invaded our clients land in the company of a
group of people who identified themselves as representatives of an entity calling itselJ Kiambu Dandora
Company. The said group had an excavatorand appeared ready to undertake excavation works on our
client's property.

Upon being accosted by our client, the group withdrew but has today returned in the company of
surveyors who are again working under the protection of administration police officers who are tuki.g
orders from Mr Thuku.
