1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. ROMEXPO Assistance Office
During the stand construction/arrangement period as well as
during the event running, ROMEXPO Assistance Office,
located in Pavilion 32, will meet the exhibitors’ specific
requirements. Other services such as fax, photocopzing, sale
of fairs/exhibitions catalogues etc. are also provided by
ROMEXPO Assistance Office.
1.2. Snack bars and restaurants
Snack bars and restaurants are situated within the premises of
ROMEXPO Exhibition Centre - Bucharest International Fair.
These belong to specialized companies.
1.3. Conference Halls
ROMEXPO Congress and Conference Centre offers up-to-
date facilities for congresses, conferences, symposia, business
meetings, workshops, round tables, cocktail-parties, banquets,
fashion shows, promotional events etc.
(see the Conference Hall order form).
1.4. Tourist Services
ROMEXPO offers: hotel accommodation in Bucharest,
throughout Romania and abroad; transfers from/to airport and
car-rentals; air ticket booking and international and domestic
flights; sightseeing tours of Bucharest and other destinations in
the country; business trips and excursion.

1.5. Freight Forwading and Customs Clearing
All transport and customs documents must clearly indicate:

Customs Formalities and Clearing Charges, Sales
Conditions, Risks and Insurance, please contact the
companies recommended by Romexpo for each exhibition.
1.6. Storage
Upon request, if possible, we can provide storage facilities for
exhibition goods. The storage tariff is 1 EURO/sq.m./day + VAT.
NOTE: All dues should be settled immediately, in advance, for
the whole storage period.
1.7. Guarding, insurance, responsibilities
– The organizer ensures the outdoor watch of the pavilions
during the night without being held responsible for the security
and integrity of the exhibitors’ goods/materials to be found in
the stands or in the transportation means within the ROMEXPO
premises.
– Goods insurance is recommended.
– The exhibitor is fully responsible for ignoring fire prevention
regulations, i.e. smoking within the stand or within the
ROMEXPO premises and is bound to take measures to

1. INFORMATII GENERALE
1.1. Dispeceratul ROMEXPO
In perioada de montare/demontare a standurilor precum si de
desfasurare a manifestarii, in Pavilionul 32, functioneaza
Dispeceratul ROMEXPO care raspunde operativ solicitarilor
expozantilor. Dispeceratul ofera, de asemenea, servicii precum
fax, fotocopiere, vanzare de cataloage ale manifestarilor
organizate de ROMEXPO si altele.
1.2. Snack-baruri si restaurante
In incinta Complexului Expozitional ROMEXPO - Targul
International Bucuresti functioneaza snack-baruri si
restaurante organizate de societati specializate.
1.3. Sali de Conferinta
Centrul de Conferinte si Congrese va ofera conditii moderne
pentru organizarea de congrese, conferinte, simpozioane,
intalniri de afaceri, dezbateri, mese rotunde, cocktal-uri,
banchete, prezentari de moda, evenimente promotionale etc.
(specificate in formularul de comanda pentru Sali de Coferinta)
1.4. Servicii turistice
ROMEXPO va ofera: servicii de cazare in hoteluri din
Bucuresti, din tara si strainatate; transferul de la/spre aeroport
si inchiriere de autoturisme; rezervari de bilete de avion pe
cursele internationale si interne; tururi ale orasului Bucuresti si
alte orase din tara; calatorii de afaceri si agrement.

1.5. Transport si vamuire
Toate documentele de transport si vamuire trebuie sa
mentioneze clar:

* Fara a se mentiona numele ROMEXPO, care nu este
destinatar, ci doar adresa de destinatie:

Marcajul coletelor trebuie sa cuprinda aceleasi detalii.
In documentele de transport, toate livrarile destinate
manifestarilor expozitionale trebuie adresate: BIROUL VAMAL
ANTREPOZITE BUCURESTI – PUNCT VAMAL INCINTA
ROMEXPO.
Pentru informatii privind documentele de transport
necesare, formalitati vamale, conditii de vanzare, risc si
asigurare, va rugam sa contactati companiile recomandate de
ROMEXPO la fiecare manifestare expozitionala.
1.6. Depozitare
La cerere si in limita posibilitatilor, asiguram spatii de depozitare
pentru exponate. Tariful este de 1 EURO/mp/zi + TVA.
NOTA: Toate costurile vor fi achitate in avans, pentru toata
perioada de depozitare.
1.7. Paza, asigurare, raspunderi
– Organizatorul asigura paza generala exterioara a
pavilioanelor in timpul noptii, fara insa a fi tinut raspunzator de
securitatea si integritatea bunurilor si materialelor expozantilor,
aflate in standuri sau in mijloace de transport pe teritoriul
ROMEXPO.
– Se recomanda expozantilor asigurarea bunurilor.
– Expozantul este deplin raspunzator de respectarea normelor
legale de prevenire a incendiilor, inclusiv se obliga sa ia toate

prevent fire, etc.
1.8. Air-Conditioning
The halls are heated/cooled only during the fairs.
2. PRESS CENTRE
• Open and active during fairs & exhibitions, providing press
information, newsletters and photos to media representatives,
• Mediates between the media (written press, radio and TV,
specialized magazines (for each exhibition) and exhibitors in
order to present them the novelties of each fair,
• Delivers information regarding the congresses and
seminars organised during the ROMEXPO exhibitions to
important representatives of the media
• Publishes newsletters and a newspaper at each fair,
distributed for media respresentatives and exhibitors, free of
charge, within the Press Centre head-office
• Offers presentations about each ROMEXPO exhibition to
the media, as well as advertising materials offered by
exhibitors, displaying them in the Press Centre,
• Promotes related events organised by exhibitors, by
sending the schedules and information about the respective
events per e-mail,
• Sells advertising space in ExpoNews, for 1 EUR /cm2 + VAT
(black and white) and 2 EUR/cm2 + VAT (color).
Exhibition Catalogue
A comprehensive exhibition catalogue is published in
Romanian-English, containing the alphabetical list of exhibitors
(name, address, phone & fax number, three product groups –
free of charge), general information about the exhibition, as
well as the required advertising pages. In order to be included
in the exhibition catalogue, please fill in the Catalogue Order
Form (included in this Manual) and send it to ROMEXPO until
the deadline specified therein. In case the deadline is not
respected, the company will be registered in the catalogue only
with the information from the Application Form.
ROMEXPO S.A. is the Official Publisher of the Exhibition
Catalogue. It takes full responsability for the editorial work,
advertising, design, layout and printing, but is not for the
accuracy of the information submitted by the exhibitor in the
Catalogue Order Form or in the Application Contract.
3. STAND CONSTRUCTION ORDER
3.1. Stand build by ROMEXPO
According to the Application Contract, the Exhibitor can order
either the construction of a standard stand or the construction
of a customized stand. The fitting up of the standard stand
depends both on the stand area and on the specialized theme
of the respective exhibition event. You’ll find the complete list of
the items that come with a standard stand (panels, floor
moquette, furniture, graphics, installations) in the Application
Contract available on the website of each exhibition.
Additional items are to be ordered separately, by filling in the
Stand Construction Order Form.
3.2. Stand built up by exhibitor or specilized company
The project must include:
 The plan of the stand, with correct dimensions, furnitures, the
function of each area (exhibition, assistance office, storing
place etc.);
 All facades (corresponding to free and built sides) with
heights and graphic work position (company name, logo etc.)
 General axonometry;
 The plan of electric and sanitary installations, plus power
connection type (single- or three-phase plugs and installed
power), the position of the power panel, of plugs and lighting
devices, other appliances (functioning equipment), position of
connections to water and sewage pipes

1.8. Climatizare
Incalzirea/racirea pavilioanelor se va face exclusiv in perioada
de desfasurare efectiva a manifestarii
2. CENTRUL DE PRESA
• Functioneaza permanent pe perioada manifestarilor
expozitionale si furnizeaza informatii de presa, buletine de
informatii si fotografii reprezentantilor mass-media;
• Realizeaza legatura dintre mass-media (presa scrisa,
radio, TV si reviste de specialitate), in raport cu fiecare
manifestare expozitionala si expozanti, in vederea prezentarii
tuturor noutatilor expozitionale;
• Pune la dispozitia mass-media informatii cu privire la
congresele si seminariile organizate pe parcursul expozitiilor
ROMEXPO;
• Editeaza buletinele si ziarul fiecarui targ, care se distribuie
gratuit la sediul Centrului de Presa, pentru reprezentantii mass-
media si expozanti;
• Pune la dispozitia mass-media toate materialele de
prezentare ale manifestarilor expozitionale ROMEXPO, oferite
de expozanti, pe care le expune la sediul Centrului de Presa;
• Promoveaza manifestarile conexe sustinute de expozanti,
prin transmiterea electronica a programului si a informatiilor
necesare cu privire la desfasurarea acestora;
• Ofera spatiu publicitar in ExpoNews, la tariful de 1 Euro/cm2
+ TVA (alb/negru) si 2 Euro/cm2 + TVA (color).
Catalogul expozitiei
Catalogul expozitiei se editeaza bilingv (romana/engleza),
continand lista expozantilor in ordine alfabetica, date de
identificare (adresa, telefon, fax), trei grupe de produse
(gratuit), selectate de expozant din domeniile de activitate, date
generale privind expozitia, precum si pagini de reclama.
Inscrierea in catalog se face pe baza formularului de
Comanda de inscriere in catalog (inclus in prezentul
Manual), care, dupa completare, se returneaza la ROMEXPO.
In cazul In care Comanda de inscriere in catalog nu se
returneazæ in termenul mentionat in aceasta, firma va fi
inscrisa in catalog numai cu datele din Adeziunea–Contract.
Editorul oficial al catalogului isi asuma intreaga
responsabilitate pentru editare, reclama, design, grafica si
tiparire, fara sa fie tinut insa raspunzator de corectitudinea
datelor cuprinse in formularul Comanda de inscriere in catalog
sau in Adeziunea Contract.
3. COMANDA PENTRU CONSTRUCTIE DE STAND
3.1. Constructie stand in amenajare ROMEXPO
Conform Adeziunii Contract, expozantul are posibilitatea sa
opteze pentru constructia unui stand standard sau pentru
constructia unui stand personalizat.
In cazul standului standard, dotarea acestuia este determinata
atat de marimea suprafetei, cat si de specializarea manifestarii
expozitionale, elementele componente (panouri, mocheta,
mobilier, grafica, instalatii) fiind precizate prin anexele la
Adeziunea Contract, anexe ce pot fi accesate pe site-ul fiecarei
expozitii.
Pentru elemente suplimentare celor prevazute de standul
standard, expozantul va completa formulare suplimentare.
3.2. Constructie stand in amenajare proprie sau cu terti
Proiectul trebuie sa contina:
 Planul standului cotat, mobilat, cu precizarea destinatiilor
spatiilor (expunere, oficiu, depozit etc.);
 Toate fatadele (corespunzatoare laturilor libere si a celor
construite), cu cotele de inaltime aferente si pozitia graficii
(denumire firma, sigla etc.);
 Perspectiva axonometrica generala;
 Planul instalatiilor electrice si sanitare, cu precizarea tipului
de bransament electric (mono sau trifazic si puterea instalata),

 The technical description has to specify the construction
system type, the materials and finishings used for the floors,
walls and stand ceiling, as well as the designer’s commitment
to respect the technical standards and provisions mentioned in
the participation conditions and the general stipulations for any
fair and exhibition organized by ROMEXPO;
 The project and technical description will be signed by the
designer/draftsman of the documents and will be approved by
the exhibiting company;
 In case of storied stands or graphics support structures, the
maximum allowed height is 5m and the afferent static
calculations are to be specified and approved by an authorized
auditor, as well as the specified total weight.
 The documentation is compulsory, regardless of the stand
endowments; a presentation of he rented stand’s delimitations
is also required: free (exhibition) sides and built sides
(delimitation, stand closing);
 The documents should be issued on A3 or A4 format and
should be sent for approval to fax no. (+4021) 207.70.70 or per
e-mail it to: arhitect@romexpo.ro in JPG, Corel 9-11 (converted
to curves) or AutoCad 2005-2007 format.
Provisions stipulated in the Technical Regulations of
Romexpo S.A.
Chapter: Construction, Architecture
1. Decorative elements (panels, structures) located on the
sides neighbouring other stands and exceeding the standard
height of 2.50 m. should be placed facing their neighbours,
finished from the level of 2.50 m up.
2. In order to avoid mistakes, on the faces of the decoration
elements (panels, structures) located on the sides
neighbouring other stands, elements whose height exceeds
the 2.50 m quote, will not be used for displaying company
marks or advertising banners.
3. The maximum decoration height for customised stands or
floor stands will not exceed 6.00 m., in pavilions where the free
inner height permits this.
4. Floor stand projects should be accompanied by their related
static calculation, drawn up by an authorised specialist.
5. The provisions of the stand decoration projects will be
presented for approval and, once approved, can be modified
during the on-site mounting only after notification and approval
received from ROMEXPO.
6. Stand construction and mounting operations should be
carried out without any intervention on the pavilion components
(walls, flooring, ceilings) or outer platform surfaces, while the
locations should be delivered to the organiser in their original
state after dismantling.
7. In case the stand area of an exhibiting company is crossed
by a corridor meant for visitors, you should not dismantle any
construction elements, company signs or other advertising
materials thereon, unless previously acknowledged and - as
the case may be - approved by ROMEXPO.
8. Stand construction will be performed with the observance of
the surface allotted thereto, within pavilions or on outer
platforms, both at ground level, or vertically.
9. ROMEXPO provides electrical connection systems (supply
cables from existent energy sources to the electric board in the
exhibitor’s stand) according to the installed voltage required by
the exhibitor; the exhibitor is due to build up its own electrical
installation only with authorised staff, according to the specific

altor consumatori (utilaje in functiune), pozitia racordului cu
alimentare cu apa si scurgere;
 Memoriul tehnic va cuprinde descrierea sistemului
constructiv, materialele si finisajele utilizate pentru pardoseala,
peretii si plafonul standului, cat si angajamentul proiectantului
ca va respecta normele tehnice si prevederile cuprinse in
condiiile de participare si in conditiile generale ale targurilor si
expozitiilor organizate in ROMEXPO.
 In mod obligatoriu proiectul si memoriul tehnic vor fi semnate
in clar de proiectantul documentatiei si avizate de firma
expozanta;
 In cazul standurilor etajate sau a structurilor suport grafica
inaltime maxima admisa este de 5,00 m si se prezinta calculul
static aferent, vizat de un verificator autorizat, cat si
evidentierea greutatii totale;
 Documentatia este obligatorie indiferent de amenajarea
standului, fiind necesara o prezentare a modului in care se
delimiteaza spatiul inchiriat precum si respectarea laturilor
libere (de expunere) si a laturilor construite (modul de
delimitare, inchidere ale standului)
 Redactarea documentatiei se va face pe format A3 sau A4 si
va fi transmisa spre avizare la fax: (021) 207.70.70 sau e-mail:
arhitect@romexpo.ro in format JPG, Corel 9-11 (salvat in
curbe) sau AutoCad 2005-2007.
Prevederi Regulament Tehnic Romexpo SA
Capitol: Constructii Arhitectura
1. Elementele de amenajare (panouri, structuri) aflate pe
laturile de vecinatate cu alte standuri si care depasesc
inaltimea standard de 2,50 m., vor avea fetele orientate spre
vecini in mod obligatoriu finisate de la nivelul 2,50 m. in sus.
2. Pentru evitarea confuziilor pe fetele elementelor de
amenajare (panouri, structuri) aflate pe laturile de vecinatate cu
alte standuri, elemente a caror inaltime depaseste cota de 2,50
m., nu vor putea fi folosite pentru amplasarea de firme sau
bannere publicitare.
3. Inaltimea maxima de amenajare pentru standurile
personalizate sau standurile etajate nu va depasi 6,00 m., in
pavilioanele in care inaltimea libera interioara o permite.
4. Proiectele standurilor etajate vor fi insotite in mod obligatoriu
de calculul static aferent, calcul intocmit de un specialist
autorizat.
5. Prevederile proiectelor de amenajare standuri prezentate
spre avizare si avizate nu vor putea fi modificate in cursul
montajului pe amplasament decat cu informarea si aprobarea
ROMEXPO.
6. Construirea si operatiunile de montaj ale standurilor se vor
efectua fara interventii asupra elementelor constitutive ale
pavilioanelor (pereti, pardoseala, plafon) sau suprafetelor
platformelor exterioare, locatiile fiind predate organizatorului
dupa demontare in starea initiala.
7. In situatia in care suprafetele standurilor alocate unei firme
expozante sunt traversate de coridoare destinate circulatiei
publicului vizitator, nu se admite montarea peste acestea de
elemente constructive, firme sau alte elemente publicitare
decat cu informarea si dupa caz aprobarea ROMEXPO.
8. Constructia standurilor se va realiza cu incadrarea in
perimetrul terenului alocat in pavilioanele sau pe platformele
exterioare, atat la nivelul solului cat si pe verticala.
9. Bransamentele standurilor la retelele de alimentare cu energie
electrica, apa, telefonie, internet etc., aflate in proprietatea

standards and the norms in force.
Orders must be placed 45 days prior to the event.
NOTE: All electrical and water connections should be carried
out by ROMEXPO staff only.
Electric power supply is made as described below:
- single phase 230 V (±10%) 50 Hz (±3%)
- 3-phase 3x400 V (±10%) 50 Hz (±3%)
Standard water supply/wastewater evacuation pipes should be
of 1/2”, respectively 1”.
Insured installed power:
-Indoors: Pi<=200 W/sqm rented area; outdoors:
Pi<=50W/sqm rented area.
Utilities (power, water supply, etc.) offered to other stands
(excepting co-exhibitors in case of joined participations) is
prohibited.
Power panels, internet, water supply and light sources have to
be accessible at any point, in case of interventions made by
specialized personnel, so that neighboring stands can also be
supplied.
In case of stands built by the company, the general switches of
light installations and power will be placed in a place that is
easy to access by the technical staff of Romexpo.
Romexpo S.A. supplies power from authorized officials and
doesn't intervene in their quality and supplying parameters in
any way.
Supplying utilities is made one day before the exhibition
opening and may be interrupted for security reasons after its
closing. We will insure continuous supply of utilities needed for
stand and machinery dismantling.
Please fill in the order and Annex 3 with the specific data of
utility types and comsumed energy until the a/m deadline.
Annex 3 must come with the attached plan, specifying all the
branching points (in the according height) and the specifics of
each utility type.
4. NEW SERVICES OFFERED BY ROMEXPO S.A.
Distribution of fliers at fairs/exhibitions for:
1) exhibitors:
– 1 mobile distribution point (1 person): 20 EUR
– 2 mobile distribution points (2 persons): 40 EUR
– 3 mobile distribution points (3 persons): 60 EUR
– for each extra person: 15 EUR
– exhibiting companies: 200 EUR
2) non-participating companies which integrate or not in the
fair theme
– 1 mobile distribution point (1 person): 70 EUR
– 2 mobile distribution points (2 persons): 140 EUR
– 3 mobile distribution points (3 persons): 200 EUR
– for each extra person: 60 EUR
– non-exhibiting companies: 500 EUR
(V.A.T. is to be added to all a/m tariffs)
5. ORDERS FOR OTHER SERVICES
This manual contains orders for additional services provided by
ROMEXPO S.A. to all its customers. Please fill in the order
forms with the required services and send it in to the following
address (within the a/m deadlines):

ROMEXPO S.A., vor fi realizate exclusiv de personalul tehnic de
specialitate al ROMEXPO, sau de o societate autorizata de
ROMEXPO S.A., in prezenta reprezentantului Expozantului si
dupa verificarea executiei instalatiei interioare din stand, in
conformitate cu prescriptiile si normativele tehnice in vigoare.
Alimentarea cu energie electrica se va face in sistem:
- monofazic 230 V (±10%) 50 Hz (±3%)
- trifazic 3x400 V (±10%) 50 Hz (±3%)
Racordurile standard de apa/evacuare apa uzata sunt de 1/2”,
respectiv 1”.
Puterea electrica instalata asigurata:
- interior Pi<=200 W/mp; exterior Pi<=50W/mp.
Furnizarea de utilitati (energie electrica, apa etc.) catre alte
standuri (cu exceptia co-expozantilor in cazul participarii
colective) este interzisa.
Sursele de furnizare utilitati aflate in interiorul standului
(tablouri electrice, telefonie, internet, puncte de alimentare cu
apa etc.) vor fi lasate libere, putand fi accesate in orice moment
de personalul tehnic de specialitate al ROMEXPO si putand
alimenta standuri invecinate.
In cazul standurilor realizate in amenajare proprie,
intrerupatoarele generale ale instalatiilor de lumina si forta vor
fi, in mod obligatoriu, amplasate intr-un loc accesibil
personalului tehnic ROMEXPO.
S.C. ROMEXPO S.A. furnizeaza energia electrica pe care o
preia de la distribuitorii oficiali autorizati si nu intervine asupra
calitatii si parametrilor de furnizare in niciun fel.
Furnizarea utilitatilor se face, in general, cu o zi inainte de
inceperea manifestarii si poate fi intrerupta, din motive de
securitate, imediat dupa inchiderea acesteia. Va fi asigurata
continuitatea furnizarii utilitatilor necesare demontarii utilajelor
si standurilor.
Comenzile pentru executarea bransamentelor la retelele de
utilitati si consumurile aferente se vor face prin completarea
Anexei 3 la Adeziunea-Contract, in termenul limita de trimitere
catre ROMEXPO, specificat in acest formular. In mod
obligatoriu Anexa 3, completata corespunzator, va fi insotita de
un plan in care vor fi pozitionate (cotate) cat mai exact punctele
de bransare dorite si specificul fiecaruia
4. NOI SERVICII PRESTATE DE ROMEXPO S.A.
