I will read some instances that will
describe the roles and function of tour

-Christian, picked up his tourist at the
airport and showed graciousness from
the moment he met them. He led them
to the best money changer in town
and made sure all transactions are
done well. During the trip to the hotel,
all the tourists were pleased with his
pleasant disposition and were amused
with his stories. When they reached
the hotel, all tourists were assisted
during check-in. He gave polite
instructions very clearly. He is very
gracious.
