Spread 1/3 to ½ (depending on how many layers


you want) of meat sauce mixture onto bottom
of glass baking dish. Cover with a layer of
lasagna noodles. Spread layer of cottage cheese
and egg white mixture on top of noodles,
followed by the black bean puree. Then add
another layer of meat sauce mixture. Place fresh
mozzarella rounds on top of sauce mixture and
place another layer of noodles on top. Add
remaining cottage cheese mixture on top of
noodles followed the remaining meat sauce
mixture. Cover top of lasagna with the rest of
the mozzarella rounds and bake for 50 minutes.
*if mozzarella begins to burn cover with tinfoil.

and style of oven.
