THE DOG SHOWS WILL BE HED UNDER THE KENNEL
CLUB OF INIDA SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY: Only Dogs Registered with The Kennel Club of
India may compete. Monorchid and Cryptochid Dogs
are not allowed.
ENTRY FEE: Rs. 450/- for both Shows per dog for the first
entry and Rs. 300/- for each subsequent class for both shows.
This includes Rs. 50/- for the Catalogue which is compulsory.
Entry in both shows is compulsory.
To encourage the Indian Breeds entry fee for them is waved
but Rs. 50/- will be charged for catalogue.
REMITTANCE OF ENTRY FEES: By Cash / Demand Draft,
payable to "Andhra Pradesh Kennel Club"
ENTRIES: All duly filled in entries in the entry form provided
along with the necessary fees should be sent to
The Hony. Secretary, A.P. Kennel Club.
Note: The dogs have to be entered in both the shows.
It is advisable to refer your Dog's KCI registration certificate
while filling the entry form.

under any circumstances
CAUTION: The Committee reserves the right to exclude any
entry it may think fit to exclude.
Exhibitors should make themelves familiar with the KCI rules
and regulations for the show, copies of which may be obtained
from the administor, Kennel Club of India, Now No. 28 (Old

IMPORTANT NOTICE ISSUED BY THE KCI FOR EXHIBITORS:
1 Double handling of any breed is banned.
2 To impose a ban / suspension on any exhibitor / handler found drunk
while exhibiting the dog in the dog in the show ring
3 To impose ban / suspension on any exhibitor who is found to argue
with the judge or fight or use abusive language against co-exhibitor
or any show official - the exhibitor will be removed from the ring
Violation of 2&3 will attract a ban / suspension, shall be for a
maximum period of 2 years and also a fine of Rs. 1000/- and such
person shall not be permitted to own, register or exhibit any dog
at KCI recognized show during the above period of suspension
4 Exhibitor are not permitted to use clothing or caps desplaying
logos etc., of their Kennels at the Shows.
5 Should a dog confirmed with a championship status or is qualified
for chamipionship status be entered in any other class than
champion class the the entry will automatically be nullified.
ARRIVAL OF DOG FOR THE SHOW : Dogs will be allowed to
enter the show ground from 8.30 a.m onwards, after the vetrinary
examination. No dog is allowed after 9.30 a.m after judging commences
VETERINARY EXAMINATION : All dogs must be certified for the show
by the Hony. Veterinary Surgeon of the Show. There will be counters at
the main gate for this purpose. The Veterinary Certificate should
be produced on demand.
RING CARDS: Exhibitors will receive Ring Card with the Entry Numbers.
PENALTY : Any wilful misrepresentation regarding Name, Age, Pedigree,
Ownership, Championship Status etc., of dogs entered and or prepared for
exhibition in contravention of the KCI regulations, will be liable for
disciplinary action by the committee.
Dogs that are not present in the ring when their classes are judged
will be deemed to have been absent.
OBJECTIONS : Objections will be decided by the committee in accordance
with the KCI Regulations.
The objection fee is Rs. 1000/- returnable if the objection is held valid by the
Show Committee. If turned down the fee will be forteited.
PRIZES & AWARDS : No Dog shall be eligible to compete for a Prize, until it
has been judged in its breed Class or Classes or it has been beaten in its
Breed Class or Classes by other of either sex.
Please collect the Prizes immediately after wining from the official
table of the ring.
BEST IN SHOW: only BOB/RBOB winners are eligible for competing
in the line up to compete for the Best in Show. 1 to 8 positions will be chosen
from the line up of 17 dogs. Best in Show upto eight placings will be chosen
from the line up of 17 dogs of each ring.
BOB -Runner Up and CC winner should collect the Certificates before
leaving the show on the same day.
