END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COMBIN SOFTWARE

This agreement governs and is applicable for licenses for Combin software developed and
distributed by Open Media, LLC (the "Software") installed and used on computers and other
devices utilizing Apple, Windows or Linux Operating Systems.

PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR

USING COMBIN SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND USING THE
SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL
AND/OR USE THE SOFTWARE AND, IF PRESENTED WITH THE OPTION TO "AGREE"
OR "DISAGREE" TO THE TERMS, CLICK "DISAGREE".

This EULA is an agreement between you ("You", "Your") (either an individual or a single
entity) and Open Media, LLC. ("Open Media LLC" or "Us", "We") for the Combin Software.

DEFINITIONS

When used in this EULA, the following terms shall have the respective meanings indicated,
such meanings to be applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined:
"Software" means all of the contents of the downloads, files, disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other
media containing Combin Software with which this EULA is applicable, including but not
limited to (A) registration information, i.e. license key which is unique for Your registration
name; (B) related explanatory written materials or files ("Documentation"); and (C) Software
setup files and code samples (if any); and (ii) any upgrades, modified versions, updates,
additions, and copies of the Software, if any, provided to You by Us now or in the future
(collectively, "Updates").
"Use" or "using" means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from using
the functionality of the Software in accordance with the documentation.

LICENSE

Open Media LLC as the licensor, grants You as the licensee, a non-exclusive right to use the
Software under the terms of this EULA. The Software is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Open
Media LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. Open Media LLC retains the
ownership of the copyright in and to the Software.

TRANSFER

You may not assign, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense this Software, except as
provided herein or with our express consent and agreement. You may, however, make a
one-time permanent transfer of all of Your license rights to the Software (in its original form
as provided) to another party, provided We are notified of and approve the transfer and the
assignee agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
PRIVACY AND CONSENT TO USE OF DATA

In order to start using the Software, logging in with your Instagram account is required. Open
Media LLC doesn’t store any of your personal information on its servers, it’s only needed to
request access token from Instagram. You acknowledge receipt of our Privacy Policy and
that You have read it, understand it and You agree to it. You also agree that Open Media
LLC and its subsidiaries may collect and use technical and related information, as long as it
is in a form that does not personally identify You, to improve our products or to provide
services or technologies to You.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that your Use of the Software is at your sole risk. The
Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Open Media LLC and its parent,
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys,
partners, licensors and other representatives expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Open Media LLC and
its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents,
attorneys, partners, licensors and other representatives make no warranty that: (i) the
Software will meet your requirements; (ii) the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure
or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Software will be
accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information or other material
purchased or obtained by you through the Software will meet your expectations; and (v) any
errors in the software will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained
through the use of the Software is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be
solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from
the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written,
obtained by you from Open Media LLC or through or from the Software shall create any
warranty not expressly stated in the EULA. Combin is not affiliated with Instagram or any
Instagram third-party partners in any way. Open Media LLC and its parent, subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, partners, licensors
are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. Open Media LLC is not liable if
your Instagram account is blocked or banned for any reason. The expected amount of
followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the
quality of your content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that Open Media LLC and its parent, subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, partners, licensors
and other representatives shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of
profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Open Media LLC has been
advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use
the Software; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any
goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or
transactions entered into through or from the Software; (iii) unauthorized access to or
alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the
Software; or (v) any other matter relating to the Software.

INSTAGRAM CHANGES LIABILITIES

INSTAGRAM LLC can change the accessibility of some functions for the 3rd party
applications, including the Software. Open Media LLC as the developer is not responsible for
the availability of such functions in the Software, in case they are technically no longer
accessible to be supported.

TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate
automatically without notice from US if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA
and/or otherwise fail to pay the fees and charges, if any, payable to Us and associated with
Your use of the Software. Upon the termination of this License, You shall cease all use and
destroy, remove or delete all copies, full or partial, of the Software on Your computer or
device and otherwise in Your possession or control. Any term or condition of this EULA which
by its plain meaning shall be and must be performed after termination, shall survive
termination. If you use paid version of the Software, you need to read, acknowledge and
accept the Refund Policy.
