Introduction

Below in this work i will make a small summary of the pride and prejudice movie.
This movie written by jane speaks more about personal growth where it shows that
you have to reflect and know all sides of the story before making a decision or form
a trial.
This takes place in a small town in England at the end of the 19th century, it tells the
story of a poor family of peasants, composed of the father, the mother and five
daughters, among whom is the protagonist, Elizabeth; portrays the customs of the
time, during which women could only aspire to marry to ensure a good pass, since
they had no rights, nor worked, it was also customary for the father to pay a dowry
to the husband of the daughters , so that women who came from poor families had
less chance of getting married, for this reason the mother (Mrs. Bennet) has as main
objective to marry her daughters, and as far as possible with a man of good
economic position. It also marks the social differences between the rich (who
belonged to the nobility) and the poor, and the inconvenience that people from
different social strata were related. In this area, Elizabeth will meet Mr. Darcy, who
is a rich man of high society in London.

Development

Summary
For a love story that begins to develop when Charles Bingley, a young and wealthy
bachelor, comes to a village in the English countryside. Due to the conditions that it
brings together, this boy awakens the interest of the families of the region, since they
consider it an excellent match for his daughters.
In this context, both Charles and his friend Fitzwilliam Darcy must fight against the
intrigues with which they will try to put obstacles to the love they feel for two of the
Bennet sisters, whom they meet at a public dance organized in the town of Meryton.

As you can see, the link between them will not be easy. At least, from the point of
view of Elizabeth Bennet, Darcy is a young man who does not deserve his attention
for having superb and worthy behaviors to reproach. For that reason, when he
confesses his love, she, blinded by his pride and thoughts, decides to reject it.

Although at first the love story seemed impossible, after some encounters and
disagreements, both his story and that of his sister Jane, ends nicely.

Conclusion

From my point of view It is a novel that is based on development or personal

education, in which the two main figures, Elizabeth and Darcy, each in their own way
and, however, in a very similar way, must mature to overcome some crises , learn
from their mistakes to be able to face the future in common, overcoming Darcy's
class pride and Elizabeth's prejudices towards him.
