 Worked as Process lead for preparing BEP for separating Crude oil and Natural Gas. Study is
carried out from Oil wells to crude oil storage and Natural Gas metering system for one of the Oil
& Gas exploration Company.
 Thermal design for Heat Exchangers for BEP preparation included dew point control for
associated gas utilization for oil & gas company Geoenpro, (Arunachal Pradesh) using Pro-II and
HTRI. The plant is designed to avoid flaring the natural gas and make useful as sales gas.
 Flare Study of Butadiene network using Visualflow of all complex for Styrolution ABS India Ltd,
Vadodara (Guj).
 Worked as process lead for preparing BEP of Solvent Recovery Plant for one of the API Company,
Cadila Healthcare Ltd. The plant is designed for distillation of impure solvents from various
stages.
 Thermal design of Heat Exchangers for used lube oil purification plant using HTRI. The
technology licenser is Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (Uttaranchal).
 Thermal Design of Heat Exchangers using HTRI for a EPC Company name L & T.
 Worked as a Process lead for BEP preparation of Chlorine Liquefier system based on Krebs
Technology. The technology is based on to liquefy Chlorine Gas from Liquid Chlorine and
replaced R-22.
 PSV caculations and flare network study for large speciality Chemical Company Solvay using
Mach-II CDS software.

 Worked for Energy Conservation Scheme to replace chilling compressor by VAM.
 Worked as a team to increase the distillation column capacity by replacing packing.
 Worked as a team to check adequacy of PSV for all complex. PSV is checked for Fire case,
blocked discharge and utility Failure.
 Worked as a team to increase the sodium sulphate capacity by replacing high capacity
circulation pump. This willimproved heat transfer coefficient and hence vaporization rate. The
plant capacity increased by 25%.
 Worked as Process Lead to increase the Nitrosyl Sulfuric Acid capacity by 15% by rating the
heat exchanger using HTRI and replaced with new one.
 Worked for Pollution Control (NOx emission) by replacing the existing packing by high
efficiency packing.
