Williams. I have known Natalie for over 10 years. She is one of my son’s best friends. I
have worked closely with Natalie over the past two years as her teen advisor for Jack
and Jill of America, Incorporated. I have always been impressed with her work ethic,
friendly personality, and willingness to help others. I am confident that Natalie will be
successful in her future endeavors.

Natalie has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition.
She is definitely a leader rather than a follower. In addition to her excellent scholastic
accomplishments, she has proven her leadership by serving as the secretary and
treasurer for our teen chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. She also
helped organize our teen March for Babies team in 2017. Her leadership enabled us
to raise over one thousand dollars to donate to the March of Dimes.

Natalie is also a dependable team player. Her good judgement and mature outlook
ensure a logical and practical approach to her endeavors.
