CLAUSE 1

Calls upon all member states especially the ones who have taken below 10.000 refugees or haven't
promised to do so,to accept refugees to their borders with;
a.the number which UN will determine for each county by taking into consideration of the country's
economic versatility,population,acreage,geographical location,religion and political landscape
b.the right of specifying the refugees' characteristics as the member states wish unless xenophobia
and discrimination iş not performed with;
i.the help of identity cards which will be arranged to all refugees by their own countries'
governments especially including crimes near to their mahir informations
ii.the restriction of intake for adults between the ages 24-40 such as but not limited to;
1.all men
2.nurses,doctors and proffesionals
3.soldiers
c.the sanctions to the encounterer member states such as;
i.penalties for being used in UNHCR's needed 2.5 billion dollars
ii.embargo
d.suppliying the refugees' transportation requirements with the help of some related Non-
Governmental Organizations(NGO) such as but not notlimited to United Nations High Commisioner
(UNHCR),The International Rescue Committee (IRC),Sunrise USA and Refugees International;
a.by;
i.finding funds for air,sea and highway transportations
ii.arranging transportation vehicles
b.for:
i.preventing the deaths due to the borders
ii.preventing illegal crossing
e.the permission of keeping refugees in the refugee camps in in the border as long as the borders are
held secured

Calls upon all relevant organizations such as WHO ,Doctors Without Borders and all member
states to give medical aid to South Sudan by the means of;
a.providing the required equipments
b.assigning the required proffesionals such as but not limited to;
i.doctors
ii.nurses
c.establishing modern healthcare services such as;
i.hospitals
ii.informaries
iii.public clinics

3.Further encourages the concerned states to ratify an agreement upon the South Sudan issue
which will be called "Juba Khartaum Agreement" and will ;
a.include;
i.sanctions for violation of the ceasefire with the means of ;
1.implementing embargo
2.military intervantion
ii.permission of both sides for the usage of trade routes
b.take place in UN headquarter

CLAUSE 4

2.Encourages all member states,African Union and World Bank to help South Sudan with
gaining economic stability by;
a.establishing infrastructure to process the oil
b.helping them to export oil abroad by the means of;
i.building international trade relations with South Sudan
ii.improving their shipping trade
c.recovering South Sudan 's economy from being dependent just to oil by;
i.enchancing agriculture in the arable fields
ii.devoloping tourism in the area

CLAUSE 5

MAIN SUBMITTER:QATAR(FATMA)

Calls upon all member states especially Nuclear Weapon States (NWS)and the other states
who are producing nuclear weapons to;
a.form a group which will;
i.be constituted with the professionals of the nuclear weapons from the countries which have
ratified "Nonprofiliteration Treaty"and at least 3 treaties which are aiming to prohibit nuclear
weapon usage
ii.be sent to the specified countries and report the exact number of the nuclear weapons which
are being produced
b.ratify a treaty called "Full Trancparency in Nuclear Armament"which will;
i.involve all member states'approval to accept this group of proffesionals to their countries
ii.be admitted by the member states with the sanctions such as but not limited to ;
1.reducing the encounterer states' exportation by 30%
2.sealing this states' some of the nuclear weapon factories
CLAUSE 6

MAIN SUBMITTER:EUROPEAN UNION (FATMA)

Calls upon all member states,all related NGOs ,UN co-operative buddies, United Nations
Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) ,UN space and National Space Systems to
contribute space explorations and UN to do encourage all states to do so by funding some
organizations whose main aim is to maintain acess to space and explore it such as
NASA(National Aeronauties and Space Administration),ESA(European Space
Agency),Roskosmos(Russian Federal Space Agency),and Jaka(Japan Aerospace Exploration
Agency)with;

a.the amount which UN will determine to the countries who are not member of
aforementioned organizations and haven't contributed to this issue financially n taking into
consideration of countries' economic status

b.the permission to the countries to choose the one of the aforementioned organization that
they will contribute as they wish

c.the negatiation which will take all states' approval to the investments on space activities and
will be formed with the clauses such as;
i.approving to contribute space explorations with the amount that UN will determine for each
country
ii.presenting the documents which shows that the money have been paid to directly
UN without any wrong information and changes
iii.recognizing the fund as a external debt which is due to this organization's owner
country/countries
iv punishing the encounterer states to the negotiation or the countries who violate the
negotiation by;
1.increasing the amount of debt that needed to be paid with 35%
2.preventing this countries' exportation with the owner country of the organization until the
debt is paid.
