Matthew Kulbacki began his musical studies at the age of

six. He completed a Bachelor of Music at the University of


Windsor, and a Masters Degree in Music at the University of
Washington. He began his church music career at Sacred INTERMISSION
Heart Church in LaSalle, and later was the Music Director at
First United Methodist Church in Dearborn, Michigan. He is
currently the Music Director at St. Andrews Presbyterian We sing for joy (Chanteuses Double Trio)

Allegro Christine Prosser is a native of Chatham who holds an


Honours Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance
Karly-Anne Abalajon Alice Yulin Chen from the University of Windsor, where she was the Board
Hannah Cole Yuna Coulter of Governor’s Medalist. As an undergraduate, she studied
Ashley Deslippe Zebulon Fulcher voice with Roma Riddell, piano with Philip Adamson,
harp with Nadia Marks, and choral conducting with
Zoe Huang Danica Laforest Richard Householder.
Raymond Li Madison Pollard
Jenna Roberts Melinda Ru A Canada Council for the Arts grant recipient, Christine’s
first career was in artists’ management, working at Shaw
Brie Sieben Sophia Simone Concerts and IMG Artists in New York, and at
Kathryn Sirek Nolan Szeverenyi Hart-Murdock Artist Management in Toronto. Upon her
Morgan Szeverenyi Lakshmi Tharuvai return to Chatham, Christine completed undergraduate and
graduate degrees in Education, and worked as a music
Candy Wang Rachel Wang educator for almost thirty years with the Lambton Kent District School Board. Christine
Grace Wang Steven Xu also pursued doctoral studies in Education under the supervision of Carol Beynon at the
Robert Yan Judy Zhang University of Western Ontario. While teaching for the LKDSB, her choral groups were
regularly featured in concerts with the Windsor Symphony, Orchestra London, and at the
Albert Zhou University of Western Ontario, and her choirs were consistent prize-winners in local and
provincial competitions.
Chanteuses
Recently, Christine was the Music Director for Studio Black’s productions of Joseph and
Karly Abalajon Mikayla Basque the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Beauty and the Beast, both at the Chatham
Jessica Chalmers Alice Yulin Chen Capitol Theatre. Christine was formerly the Music Director at Our Saviors’ Lutheran
Hannah Cole Julia Cote Church and at St. Ursula’s Roman Catholic Church, both in Chatham, and she is currently
the Music Director at New St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.
Hannah Daudlin Ashley Deslippe
Miriam Elsawi Summer Elsawi An engaging and dynamic music educator, Dr. Danielle
Briar Grineage Teiren Grineage Sirek has been teaching music at all levels for over 15
years. Her diverse international experience as a teacher,
Zoe Huang Alma Piche singer, and researcher has taken her across Canada, the
Jenna Roberts Sophia Simone United Kingdom, and Grenada, West Indies. She sings
Lakshmi Tharuvai Candy Wang professionally with the JUNO-nominated Canadian
Chamber Choir; and locally with the Windsor Classic
Chorale. Danielle is also a coordinator for the Windsor
Brio Choral Festival, an annual Festival that brings together
Mikayla Basque Xander Bechard over 300 Windsor-Essex singers every year to participate
in choral singing.
Jessica Chalmers Hannah Cole
Ross Cole Julia Cote As a conductor and elementary music educator, one of Danielle’s main areas of interest is
Hannah Daudlin Ashley Deslippe vocal pedagogy for the young singer. She has been engaged in vocal pedagogy and choral
clinics for young singers across Canada and beyond. Danielle believes in the capacity of
Judy Dong Joshua Dunkley the arts to build and strengthen community, and is actively engaged in arts in/as activism
Nohl Egan Miriam Elsawi and arts education for social justice projects as a singer, teacher, and scholar.
Summer Elsawi Briar Grineage
Danielle holds an Honours Bachelor of Music in Voice from Wilfrid Laurier University
Teiren Grineage Zoe Huang and a Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Toronto. She received
David Hui Alma Piche her PhD from the Royal Northern College of Music (UK). She currently teaches in the
Jenna Roberts Faculty of Education and School of Creative Arts at the University of Windsor. To learn
