What you will see

A ‘913.11’ error message is caused by improper connection of the ITU cable assembly to the
System Board (JITM connector). A servicer can resolve the issue by reseating the ITU cable

System Board (JITM connector). A servicer can resolve the issue by reseating the ITU cable
assembly connections to the System Board.

Recommended actions

Steps Actions
1 Power off the printer/MFP.
2 Open the System Board Shield and remove the RIP Card Shield.

Check the ITU Autoconnect Cable in JITM1 connector for proper connection to the System Board.
This JITM1 connector is the second connector down from the upper left corner of the System Board
on a Lexmark C792 and the forth one down on a Lexmark X792.

Note: The image above shows in red the location of the JITM1 connector with the Safety Cover
removed.

Visually inspect the ITU Autoconnect Cable for any damage before inserting it into the System Card. If

the cable is damaged, replace the cable (FRU Part #: 40X7166).
If the cable is not damaged, check whether it is properly connected. Should the cable not be seated

correctly, reseat the cable on both ends and test, if necessary.
