I, the participants from the Schools Division of Zambales have the honor to submit the narrative
report for the Regional Mass Training for Senior High School Teachers in the Academic Subjects under
ABM group, held at Otel Apartelle, Lazatin Bouleverd, City of San Fernando, Pampanga dated June 10-
11, 17-18, 24-25, July 1-2, 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30, August 5-6, 2017. There are 13 participating
Schools Division in the training, namely Angeles City, Balanga City, Bulacan, Cabanatuan City, City of
San Fernando, City of San Jose Del Monte, Gapan City, Mabalacat City, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac
City, Tarlac Province and Zambales. Attached here with the copy of the regional memorandum no. 54 s.

* Sir Edward shared insights being a good leader and some teachers shared also their
own experiences, strategies, techniques on how to teach/handle 21st century
learners. He also shared that we immense, adapt ourselves to them, to better
understand them.

Marketing. She shared some ideas on activities fit for each Learning Competency. The
1st and 2nd Quarter's Walkthrough of the CG, she assigned demo teacher for the next
session.

Mam Lenny Del Rosario , together with Mam Rosalyn Fillo from the Division of San
Jose Del Monte and Sir Leonardo Palo from Tarlac Province facilitated the
Walkthrough of the Curriculum Guide in Fundamentals of Accountancy Business and
Management. Mam Lenny emphasized on the making specific objectives out of the
Learning Competency.

facilitated by Sir Leonardo Palo. He provided some activities which can be used in the
discussion with the learners.

Management 2, which were made by the demonstration teacher each division:

Day 16 July 30, 2017 (Sunday) Facilitator: Sir Ariel Garcia
Sir Ariel Garcia facilitated the Walkthrough of the Curriculum Guide on Business
Ethics, focused on teaching the learners and not the subject, being constructivist
teacher.
Day 17 August 5, 2017 (Saturday) Facilitator: Sir Ariel Garcia
Sir Ariel Garcia led the presentations for Business Ethics, which were made by the
demonstration teacher each division:

1. Robert Castro , from Division of Zambales

2. Janice Mallari, from City of San Jose Del Monte
Socialization Night , each Class and Facilitator prepared their own presentations
during that night. There was also raffle draws, and singing contest sponsored by
Otel Pampanga. In the end, Class E emerged as Champions, followed by Class D,
followed by Class B.
Day 18 August 6, 2017 (Sunday) Last Day of Training served as the Graduation Day.

Sir Ariel Garcia Introduce the Keynote Speaker, the Owner of
Otel Pampanga and Otel Wall Street Corp.

Arch.Vicente Jingco who inspired every participants with his own life
story of success. Output of each class were submitted already, after
that, the participants said their pledge of commitment. Awarding of
Certificates and picture taking follows.
