SUMMARY OF THE QUARTER


In this quarter, I mainly opened the businesses in Russia and Japan, so I had two offices
locating in these two countries. In Russia, I majorly opened the stores with small or medium size
because that was when I started the investment, so I did not want to lose profit. In addition, lately, I
started to try new businesses including Radio Tower and Gas Station. Therefore, I had six stores,
a radio tower and a gas station in total at Russia.
In Japan, I did not open many businesses; I opened just a small store, and another
laboratory which is still under construction. I once started a warehouse, but I did not know how to
use the warehouse, so I closed it instead of losing my profit. I am also planning on opening more
stores in Japan and also warehouses, I will try opening more types of businesses, so that I can
make profit both countries effectively. For now, I had just a single store opening in Japan.
The most profitable were the stores that I opened in Russia; as mentioned above I opened
six stores, and fortunately, most of them made a lot of profit. There was just one store that didn’t
work as effectively as I was expecting which was the first one; this store lost a lot of profit. Many
other stores made a lot of profit. The overall of Russia was quite good, so I was worried about
Japan. I just started opening businesses there, so it was new for me; I need to take care of the
companies and office there well, so that I can also make profit from both countries.

In this expense structure, we can see that the building modernization and product
purchase took a lot of my cash because I built a lot of buildings and also my major
businesses were the stores, so I used a lot of money to buy the products to put to sell in my
stores. Another expense that I spent my money on was the technology purchase; I
purchased a lot of technology including the radio towers which rose up my assets about
almost $20,000,000. Facility rent also took a lot of my cash.

of profit, mainly in Russia. The first store that made
profit was RStore #2. The highest profit was on

trying to raise the profit again. I spent the similar
number of expenses each day, and I’ll spend more if I
find new profiting products. In the Pie chart, it
explained the sales of products in this store. The most

profitable product is the milk, the second was sugar,
and the third was Marshmallow. I did not buy much

#5. The highest profit was on November 26, and as a
result, my revenue rose the I also spent the same
number of expenses each day. In this store, the most
profitable product was also the milk, same as the
previous store, RStore #2. The second was corn and
grapes, which also had a low price to buy and high
price to sell.

Future Plan
INVEST MORE

OPEN MORE TYPES OF BUSINESS

EXPAND TO OTHER COUNTRIES

I have three major events to do in my future plan in the upcoming Quarter 3 and
4. The first plan is to invest more. I felt that in Quarter 2, I invest too less, even
though I gained profit, but that is not so much. Therefore, I wanted to spend my
money on things that can also make profit. Moreover, I also planned to open more
types of businesses because in Q2, as mentioned above, I mainly opened stores; as
a result, I could only manage the stores, not knowing how to manage other types of
businesses. I wanted to open more businesses not only because I wanted to gain
more profit, but I also think that it will a good chance to improve my skills of investing
and managing my company. Lastly, I am going to try to expand my business to other
countries, not just Russia and Japan. The country that I’m interested in is Thailand
because I think I will have a lot of information about my own country and my friend
also invested in this country, so I can get many advices from my friends.
