CHAPTER 05
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In this chapter, we will discuss the findings and my vision of the recommendations we face and
think about during the internship. These findings and recommendations will help the organization
to better serve customers and improve their ability to make a profit and will be worth more than
their next competitors.
5.1. Findings:
Here are some of the comments I made during the internship. We mention here that in order to
improve the capacity of my regional organization, if managers consider these abilities. They will
also take advantage of the upcoming competitors, will not let them give up potential customers.
 There is no proper theoretical reference for the course-related subject.
 Employees do not have enough training to have a good understanding of what they are
doing.
 Low-level education can reduce performance across the industry and across the
organization.
 Lack of time for workers and employees.
 There is no overall coordination with other departments.
 There is no proper installation of new connection procedures, and some customers lose
confidence in broadband connections due to increased complaints.
 International people are making all the travels.
 Specifies that employees lack computer knowledge
5.2. Recommendations:
The number of trained engineers should be increased by increasing the number of posts for a one-
year internship program. So that you can have enough engineers to train summer vacation. The
internship department should use different hardware and software for training. It should also
assign tasks, such as making a database, to each detainee, not just a few. Other suggestions are as
follow:
 There is no doubt that Pakistan has a monopoly on land telephone connections and has
played a huge role. In the present circumstances P.T.C.L has greatly increased its income,
and once the organization has been privatized, it will prosper its income in a better way.
 PTCL should immediately change its financial level, should be a good attitude streamline.
 PTCL should also encourage each customer's online billing system to pay his / her bill
online.
 The image of PTCL, which is leading the telecommunications offering, is not good for
ordinary customers. In particular, there are many complaints, including fake local calls on
various customers' monthly invoices. PTCL also needs to provide details of local calls
originating from any ground line number provided to customers at the micro level.
 Should reduce the number of employees.
 The training and development process for each employee should be developed.
