Soil subsidence along the road occurs


during heavy and prolonged rain, the
latest was last Aug. 2011. Several houses
along the road are tilting and have cracks
along the walls and floors. Relocation site
for these affected houses must be
provided by the concerned LGU.

landslide. Areas near Oya-oy and
Mabayan Rivers are seasonally
susceptible to sheet flood with depth of
