Traffic. The pipes will be carefully fixed in the flatcar to avoid moving. They will be unloaded and piled in
the work site by a 70Ton gantry crane.

Transportation route:
Generally, the transportation route will be: Beton 6 factory => QL1K => QL1A => turning at three –
leg intersection QL1A – Le Trong Tan street, Thu Duc District => QL1A => Cross Bridge Tram 2 (cầu
vượt Trạm 2) => Hai Noi Highway => Ma Chi Tho Avenue => to site (S0-S20)

Antisol® E

Antisol® E
Concrete curing compound

Description Antisol® E is an emulsified paraffin based curing compound. It is ready to

use and easy to apply. Antisol® E will form a thin film covering the surface
of the concrete to prevent premature water loss due to evaporation.
Antisol® E complies with ASTM C 309 type 1 Class A.
Uses Antisol ® E is used mainly for structural concrete surfaces where
subsequent surface treatments will not be required, for example,
Construction

free-face concrete.
Antisol® E is sprayed onto newly laid concrete surfaces to form a thin film
barrier against premature water loss. Without disturbance to the normal
setting action, the concrete is then allowed to cure and achieve maximum
properties. Antisol® E is especially suitable for trafficable surfaces and in
large areas of exposed concrete, such as:
n Highways
n Runways and taxi ways
n Aprons and hardstandings
n Roof decks
n Retaining walls
n Pre-stressed beams and piers
n Precast elements
Advantages Antisol ® E provides the following beneficial properties to concrete
surfaces:
n Reducing incidence of plastic cracking
n Enabling achievement of designed strength
n Minimizing shrinkage
n Reducing dusting
n Increasing frost resistance
n Alleviating other costly methods such as hessian-watering, etc.

Application
Application Antisol® E curing membrane can be spray applied on to newly laid
concrete once the surface water has evaporated (between 30 min. to 2
hours depending on temperature). A thin film of Antisol® E is applied to the
whole surface using a hand operated spray gun or using low pressure
machine spray gun. For “stiff” or “no-slump” concrete mix, apply Antisol®
E as soon as possible after final finishing work has been completed.
Stir well before use.
After application the area concerned must be protected from rain for at
least 2 -3 hours.
Cleaning Clean all tools and equipment with water. Hardened material can only be
removed with solvents.
Notes on application/limits Antisol® E is supplied ready-to-use and shall be applied without any
dilution.
Remaining Antisol® E films have to be removed prior to application of any
screed or coating. Antisol® E is transparent after curing.
