This agreement is made and entered into by and between:

ARCHIBALD R. LAGAMON, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident

of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, herein after referred to as the VENDOR;

-and-

SALLY L. RAMOS, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines, herein after called the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH

That the VENDOR is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle and more
particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND (PhP
800,000.00) PESOS, Philippine currency, in hand paid to the VENDOR in full satisfaction
and acknowledge to have received from the VENDEE, do hereby sell, convey, as
he/she/they actually SOLD, DISPOSED and/or CONVEYED the above described vehicle
unto the said VENDEE his heirs and assigns and successors in-interest, the above-
described motor vehicle;

That the VENDOR further declare that the said MOTOR VEHICLE is free from
liens and encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any or all claims
whatsoever;

That the parties, agreed to register this document before the office of the Land
Transportation Office and/or other appropriate officers.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this 11th day of June
2018 at Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines.

This instrument refers to a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE,
