Assessment description

In response to the Bounce Fitness Simulated Business (provided), you will research
on existing benefits and information in relation to diversity within Bounce Fitness and
will develop a report, which addresses all questions in this task.

Procedure

1. Read all materials required for this assessment task: this procedure and the
Bounce Fitness Simulated Business (bounce.precisiongroup.com.au), including
information contained within the:
o Infrastructure tab / Business Planning and Strategy Documents
o Policies tab / Human Resources / Personnel Policies
o Procedures tab / Human Resources Folder

2.1. Analyse the existing policy, practices and information on the Bounce
Fitness website relating to diversity.
2.2 Identify any potential benefits of diversity in the workplace and analyse
these in relation to the business planning and strategic documents of Bounce
Fitness.
2.3 Draft a new diversity policy for Bounce Fitness using information from your
research to improve the diversity policy.
2.4 Access diversity policies from other organisations similar to Bounce
Fitness and review for their relevance to Bounce Fitness.

Specifications
You must:
● Submit a 1-2 page report that covers all of the listed requirements

● Print and include any documents you refer to from the Bounce Fitness website
or other websites

Procedure

1. Using the information you have been provided with develop a report that
addresses the following:
2.1 Draft a new diversity policy for Bounce Fitness using information from your
previous research and consultation to improve the diversity policy”.
2.2 Once your diversity policy has been written, develop an action plan to
enable the diversity policy to be put into action

2.3 Describe how you will provide copies of the diversity policy to key
stakeholders and get feedback on the policy. Use this information to revise
the policy
2.4 Will this change any other policies? What needs to be changed? – provide
details of changes required. Revise all policies accordingly and submit with
your assessment

Procedure

1. In groups of 3 students (organized by your assessor), you will be required to


review each others diversity policies, giving and receiving feedback on each policies
strengths and potential areas of improvement. You will then be required to
individually develop a report that addresses the following:
2.1 What information did you and the other members of your group use to
measure your diversity policy and identify any areas where improvements
need to be made
2.2 Develop and make your changes and submit the original policy and the
revised version for assessment
