Training and certification overview
To ensure Partners are sufficiently prepared to meet their customers’ most
demanding business challenges, and to effectively sell, implement, and/or
support our products and solutions, Partners must regularly attend training
and complete certifications as an important requirement of the OpenText
Global Partner Program (see Program Guides for certification
requirements).
This document provides an overview of the various training resources

available to Partners to help them meet their training goals and satisfy
certification requirements.
Valid timeframe for certifications

Partners are required to keep current.
OpenText certifications are valid for the timeframe the product version
remains within the maintenance window (current version minus one), to a
maximum of five years (unless otherwise stated).

one of the following:
1) The applicable learning path (all pre-requisite course(s)) and the

Certifications are facilitated through the completion of LearnTracks in Learning Central (OpenText Connect account
required), which are bundles of required and optional modules related to the selected product family and are intended to
