Final Project

After a close reading of Persepolis II
by Marjane Satrapi, the thematic topic
that stands out is family.

The universal truth that I get about

this topic is “your family many not
always understand what your going
through, but there always stand by
you.”
The first key event that begins the

occurs when Marjane moves in with
Julie and her mother. Her mom
welcomes her with open arms. Her
mom leaves for a business trip and
Julie decides to throw a party. Julie
ends up sleeping with her 19th guy after
the party.
