OBJECTIVE

In continuance with our discussion, this proposal is being submitted for implementation of Microsoft’
Imagine Academy along with requisite in-class certifications & trainings initiatives by CISPL® at Mittal
Group

CISPL® aims to provide quality solutions for the overall development and brand optimization of Mittal
Group. This will further enable and hence enhance the employability of college students apart from
empowering with a complete technology education solution to help train and certify students on
Microsoft Office Specialists (MOS), Microsoft Technology Associates (MTA) and Microsoft Certified
Professionals (MCP).

Microsoft' 21st Century Skills Development Program shall be introduced at Mittal Group for all the
students studying under each and every stream. Whether for a two/ three-year college program, or
four-year college program, the designated college management can tailor a mix of certifications in
order to meet its students' needs.

Program on ground level, Microsoft has authorized CISPL (the largest Microsoft’ Learning Certified

research, technology or software solutions, involving a combination of government, academic and
industry participants.

The College or University is required to build and sustain the platform. This platform creates an
environment to spark innovation in students, gives student developers, IT professionals, university
students, faculty, entrepreneurs and governments access to world-class resources. Innovation is
being nurtured and Harboured at the grass root level through an inclusive platform of
engagement. The objective of the initiative is:

As mentioned above that The MIC is the end program of the entire journey undertaken by College
or University to achieve innovation only and only after going through two of its pre-requisite
programs. The chronology to understand this process shall be as under:

MICROSOFT IMAGINE ACADEMY (I.A)

The Microsoft Imagine Academy (I.A) programme connects the world of education to the world of
work by enabling faculties and students to acquire new technology skills in an academic setting

The Microsoft Imagine Academy Program is an annual membership programme that empowers
academic institutions to deliver IT training—from desktop application skills for today's job market, to
networking and developer technologies for IT professionals. The (I.A) is the first step to start the very
journey to innovation which probably culminates at Microsoft Innovation Centre (MIC).

The programe offers different membership levels to meet the diverse needs of academic
institutions and their students, as well as the high demands of their local job market. By
joining Microsoft Imagine Academy Program (I.A), the institution will be entitled to get a
full curriculum for teaching Technology Courses and Learning Tools.

(I.A) enables the institution to offer trainings not only on fundamental technology & skills but,
also on all those important & significant technical courses for its students, faculty and staff who
could be interested in pursuing even a full-fledged career in IT after their respective graduation/s.

 Mittal Group shall appoint a Program Administrator, preferably the Director/ CEO to oversee the
project implementation and decision making wherever applicable.
 CISPL shall appoint a Project Manager who is responsible for the final deliverables as per the
project and quality standards.
 All communication from Mittal Group to CISPL shall be through the Project Manager.
 All the necessary student & faculty data required to configure the designated program schedule,
should be provided as per the chosen option, in the standard templates mentioned at
“Assessment Sheet”.
 All the above timelines provided are estimates only. The actual timelines may vary depending on
the availability of student data and resources as per the norms.

A detailed project plan shall be shared post sign off on the agreement and fulfilment of
commercial considerations.
Terms and Conditions:

 All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

 All payments to be made in advance in favor of “Cryolite India Softwares Pvt. Ltd. ” through
cheque/ DD/ RTGS/ Direct Bank Transfer.
 Other Certifications costs are not included in the proposal however, same shall be provided on
request
 Accommodations shall be provided by the institute, in case training is conducted at campus.
 College/ institution have to ensure the minimum number of students as per the batch; in case
the number of students is less, prices shall be revised as per pro-data calculations.
 College has to provide infrastructure, training room, lab, license, software and an IT
Administrator to run our training program.
 CISPL may use the names of the students and faculty members for the purpose of advising
them for the availability of further courses, in future.
