Ñaàu phaùt ñieän xoay chieàu Höõu Toaøn laø loaïi ñaàu phaùt töï kích töø coù choåi than,
töø tröôøng quay, töï ñieàu chænh ñieän aùp vaø giaûi nhieät. Caùch ñieän caáp H, cuoän daây Stator
ñöôïc quaán 2/3 böôùc soùng laøm giaûm meùo haøi baäc ba.
The brush alternator is a rotating field, self-excited, self-regulated, self-ventilated, 4 pole,
two bearing. Insulation class H with stator winding is of 2/3 pitch design to reduce the
third harmonic.
* Coâng suaát döï phoøng laø coâng suaát cho pheùp chaïy 1 giôø khoâng lieân tuïc trong moãi chu kyø 24 giôø.
* The standby powers are applicable for un-continuons electrical power (at variable load), for 1 hour in 24 hours period.

ÑAËC TÍNH KYÕ THUAÄT ÑAÀU PHAÙT ÑIEÄN HÖÕU TOAØN HUUTOAN ALTERNATOR'S TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Dynamo Höõu Toaøn laø saûn phaåm ñaàu phaùt ñieän loaïi kích töø baèng choåi than, ñöôïc saûn
xuaát treân daây chuyeàn coâng ngheä hieän ñaïi vôùi nguoàn nguyeân lieäu chaát löôïng cao:
- Stator vaø Rotor ñöôïc caáu taïo töø theùp kyõ thuaät ñieän coù ñoä toån hao töø thaáp. Daây ñoàng
ñöôïc söû duïng laø loaïi ñoàng nguyeân chaát 99.99 % khoâng pha troän giuùp naâng cao hieäu
suaát vaø chaát löôïng nguoàn ñieän, ñöôïc phuû 2 lôùp men caùch ñieän EI/AIW vôùi khaû naêng
chòu nhieät leân ñeán 220oC.
- Boä choåi than cuûa Dynamo Höõu Toaøn söû duïng loaïi than hôïp kim coù tyû leä ñoàng pha
cao, kích töø nhanh, giaûm phaùt sinh nhieät, ñoä toån hao vaø maøi moøn thaáp.
- Phaàn voû dynamo ñöôïc caáu taïo baèng theùp raát goïn nheï vaø ñöôïc sôn tónh ñieän mang
laïi ñoä beàn vaø thaåm myõ cao.
- Caùc chi tieát cô khí ñöôïc gia coâng töï ñoäng baèng heä thoáng maùy tieän, maùy phay theo
coâng ngheä CNC taïo ra caùc linh kieän vôùi ñoä ñoàng ñeàu vaø chính xaùc cao. Giuùp maùy
hoaït ñoäng eâm aùi, beàn bæ vaø cho nguoàn ñieän ñuùng theo coâng suaát thieát keá.
Huutoan alternators are types of brush exciting, are manufactured by
modern technological lines with high quality materials:
- Stator and Rotor are made of electrical steel with low core loss. The copper
wire used is 99.99% pure copper that enhance efficiency and power
sources; covered with 02 layers of EI/AIW insulating enamel with heat-
resistant ability up to 220oC.
- The carbon brush of HuuToan's alternator is made from metal graphite
material with high rate of copper, fast field rheostat, calorific effect
reduction.
- Alternator's frame is made from steel and finished with electrostatic
painting system providing durable and aesthetic product.
- All mechanical parts are processed automatically on CNC lathe and
milling machine with high uniformity and precision that helps machine
operating more smooth, high efficiency and durability.
