a) Calculate Io2, Io3 and Io4

b) Calculate the minimum value of VDS with which the current mirror can still function
properly.

2. Consider the following current mirror circuit.(R=30K,𝑘𝑛′ =15 µA/V2, VTP=-0.9 V, λ=0.01 V-1)
a) Calculate Io2, Io3
b) Calculate R if Io2=35 µA was the design goal.
