Life Purpose
The life purpose of Foundation University is to educate and develop individuals to become productive, creative, useful and responsible
citizens of society.
Vision
Foundation University envisions itself as a dynamic, progressive environment that cultivates effective learning, generates creative

Mission
To enhance and promote a climate of academic excellence, responsive to the challenges of the times where individuals are devoted to
the pursuit of knowledge, critical thinking, commitment to life-long learning and service to society.
Core Values
Specifically, the objectives of the College of Education which serve as guide in fulfilling the mission and vision of the University are the
following:
1. to produce persons of sound mind, good moral character and broad culture;
2. to produce students with specialized training in fields they are expected to teach;
3. to inculcate in the students understanding of humanism, nationhood, international unity, and desirable Filipino values; and

Nakatuon sa pag-aaral at pagpapahalaga ng pangkasaysayang pag-unlad ng panulaan na nagbibigay diin sa mga sangkap ng tula
sa pamamagitan ng pagsusuri sa ilang piling tula at dula na kumakatawan sa bawat panahon. Sakop din sa pag-aaral nito ang
pagpapahalaga at pag-unawa sa lahat ng aspekto ng paglikha ng tula, at dula hanggang sa pagtatanghal nito.

CLO 1: Nakapagtutukoy sa iba’t ibang uri ng tunog ng mga salita, uri ng bigkas ng mga salita, uri at antas ng tugma,
sukat at alindog at kasaysayan ng tulang Pilipino;
CLO2: Nahasa ang kakayahan sa pagsulat at pagsasalita sa lalong masining na paraan sa pamamagitan ng paggawa at
pagtatanghal ng iba’t ibang uri ng tula sa iba’t ibang tema, uri at anyo;
CLO4: Napahuhusay ang kritikal at malikhaing pag-iisip sa pagsasaliksik at pagsusuri ng mga tula bilang lunsaran sa
pagbabahagi ng kaalaman at karunungan sa bawat isa at pagpapalawak ng kamalayang kultural at damdaming
nasyunalismo.
