I, the undersigned member of the ASSOCIATION OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS OF

THE PHILIPPINES do hereby appoint –

as my proxy to represent me and vote on my behalf at the General Membership Meeting and
Election of the Board of Directors for the year 2018-2019 on May 25, 2018 as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might do if personally present and acting in the said meeting.

In the absence of the above-named proxy, I authorize and empower the Secretary of the
Association to exercise fully rights as my proxy at the said meeting.

This proxy revokes and supersedes any previously executed proxy or proxies and shall continue
until such time as the same is revoked or withdrawn by me through notice in writing delivered to
the Secretary at least three (3) business days before the scheduled meeting, but shall not apply in
instances where I personally attend the meeting.
