WATERTOWN
Watertown is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the United
States. The mighty St. Lawrence River, its world famous Thousand Is-
lands and Canada are only 30 miles to the north. Lake Ontario, with
some of the best fishing in the country for salmon, trout, walleye, bass
and muskie is less than 20 miles to the west. The magnificent Adiron-
dack Mountains are a short drive to the east. The imposing and im-
pressive Black River, with several locations for white water kayaking,
fishing, and rafting runs through the center of the city. With year-round
concerts, professional sports and an endless outdoors, there’s always
something to do in Watertown.
