COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

UNDERSIGNED PARTIES:

DJ CERNA CREDIT CORPORATION. Represented by GIDEON CORPUZ GUARIN of

San Andres Guimba Nueva Ecija.

AND

JENNIFER PALMA of Sta. Veronica Guimba ,Nueva Ecija

AGREE as follows:

That the total obligation of the defendant is THIRTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
EIGHTY FOUR PESOS (P 30,984.00). The Parties agreed that the obligation shall
be paid within one year (1) term. The daily payment will be started on July 3, 2017 up to
July 3, 2018, until fully paid.

That failure on the part of defendant JENNIFER PALMA to pay the second day of
payment, the plaintiff shall be constrained to demand payment of the whole obligation
and file a motion for issuance of Writ of Execution before this Court.

Parties undertake to comply faithfully with the terms and conditions of the
agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed to
the above stipulations, and signed this Agreement at Guimba, Nueva Ecija, on this 30 th
day of June 2017 for consideration and approval of the Honorable Court.
