Operating manual
a band-pass filter
a linear amplifier
a comparator
a relay output
a trigger
Ⅲ.Working principle
When the coal flow passes through the sensor, the sensor
outputs an electric signal which is selected by the band-pass
filter and then is amplified and compared by a signal after the
electric signal output by the sensor is selected. Finally, the
on-off condition of a relay is triggered by a trigger.
Ⅳ. Technical parameter
1. power supply voltage: AC110V (-5~10)% 50HZ
2. environmental temperature: -20-50℃
3. passive contact output
4. The sensor is connected with the casing of the sensor by a
shielding cable with four cores per square meter and a shielding
layer.
Ⅴ. The detection of sensitivity and the adjustment of delayed
alarm time for coal interruption
Four potentiometers are installed in the system. A U7:6 pin
outputs negative voltage by regulating WRI. The output voltage
at the U7:6 pin is between -0.2~0 V when the sensor doesn’t
contact the coal flow. WR2 is used for adjusting the
amplification factor of the coal flow monitor to the signal of the
sensor. If the sensitivity is high, the amplification factor will be
reduced by adjusting WR2. If the sensitivity is low, the
amplification factor will be increased by adjusting WR2. WR3
is used for adjusting the threshold voltage output by a U8: 2 pin.
The output voltage at the U8: 2 pin is 0.2 V in general
conditions. The sensitivity can be improved by reducing the
threshold voltage output by the U8: 2 pin. WR4 is used for
adjusting the delayed alarm time for coal interruption, which is
set as 10 seconds when the coal flow monitor is delivered from a
factory.( The time is adjusted according to on-site need.)
