Qualifications and 1. Relevant qualifications/training- evidence of commitment to academic study within A/I
Training music/cultural management field or significant experience through a similar previous
role.*
2. Evidence of continuous professional development.* A/I
Experience 3. Experience of strategic development of music industry networks, programmes and A/I/P
events including successful development of stakeholder relations.*
4. Experience of identifying, developing and securing commercial revenue/sponsorship A/I/P
opportunities within a music sector/entrepreneurial context.*
5. Experience of marketing and publicity of music/culture related activities.* A/I/P
6. Experience of fundraising, grant applications, and management of grant funding A/I
programmes including budget management, report writing, and presenting.*

7. Experience of effective networking and working effectively with partnership
