We are expanding our team in Tbilisi to provide IMS (Infrastructure Managed Services) to our customers
together with our IMS teams in the Netherlands and France. Therefore, we are looking for an
Infrastructure Support Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities:

** Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft System Technologies in a distributed global environment.

** Set up and manage Cloud & Infrastructure platforms at network, security, system levels.

** Proactively maintain the infrastructure to prevent failures/issues and improve performance,

availability and resilience
** Perform daily checks on critical business software platforms.

** Update production & projects ERP environments.

** Act as technical escalation for problem resolution and troubleshooting

** Ensure that incidents and service requests are resolved or updated within the SLA`s.

** Document policies and procedures and ensures Operations staff is educated and following these
processes

** Support team members and mentor junior team members across all technologies

** Communicate with Prodware`s subsidiaries and end customers.

We require:

** Higher education in technical field.

** Adequate English on professional working level: spoken/written. Other foreign languages are a plus:
French, German, etc.

** Ability to work on irregular hours - early morning/late evening/night according to team schedule.

** Willingness to travel to the Netherlands or France for training.

Technical experience and level expectations:

** Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field, preferably working in managed or cloud services.

** Good expertise and working experience in Windows Server

** Experience designing & maintaining complex domains deployments with Active Directory and DNS
services

** PowerShell & scripting ability

** Knowledge of virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and VMWare

** Good understanding of Office 365 services and hybrid environments

** MS Exchange implementation, management & administration skills

** Knowledgeable in SharePoint 2010/2013 administration and maintenance

** Good knowledge of local and wide area networking technologies, with Software Defined Networking
experience desirable
** Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL database management

** Understanding and experience of PaaS and IaaS Cloud based Solutions, preferably MS Azure

** Experience and familiar with ITIL Processes and tools including Change, Incident, Problem and
Release Management.
