Venue: G-7 Saturn Classroom

The meeting started at 2:10 in the afternoon with a prayer led by Mrs.
Michelle Ronquillo. It was attended by 120 parents from different grade levels.
The principal, Mrs. Hazel Y. Manalo, presided the meeting. She gave the
parents/guardians warm greetings and welcomed them to a new school year. She
also highlighted some important school policies such as “No collection and Child
Protection”. Then, Mrs. Narcisa Rongalerios and Mrs. Cristine Cuarto presented the
School’s expenditure last school year. They systematically oriented the parents
about the expenses of the school such BSP/GSP fee, Red Cross fee, Electric Bill,
Security fee, School Supplies and Maintenance. The meeting continued with the
discussion of the school’s student discipline manual by the Guidance Teacher, Mrs.
Rica Gloria Lara stressing out the “Close Gate Policy and Student Discipline. Ms.
Lara thoroughly discussed each part of the manual. The manual contains the
principle behind student’s discipline program, which is corroborated by legal bases of
disciplining students. It also stated various students’ violation categorically divided
with sanctions correspondingly.
Continuing the meeting was the discussion of the financial report of different
sections of Grade 7 and Grade 8 led by Mrs. Michelle Ronquillo, Ms. Crystal Gusi
and Mr. Jimwel V. Gutierrez respectively. Subsequently, the general election of
PTA was conducted.

The meeting started at 2:55 in the afternoon with a prayer led by Mr. Nestor
B. De Torres. It was attended by 136 parents from different grade levels.

The gracious school principal, Mrs. Hazel Y. Manalo, welcomed the parents
and initially lauded the parents with their unparalleled support and contribution in the
progress of the school through their attendance in different school meeting. She also
cited the cordial presence of the Municipal Mayor, Rodolfo H. Manalo and the
Municipal Councilor, Mrs. Adelaida Perez. Subsequently, the PTA Vice President ,
Mrs. Jonalyn Enriquez addressed the important visitors through amiable greetings
and pledge for the endless assistance of the PTA in all school’s endeavors.
Afterwards, Councilor Perez discussed the importance of education in attaining
productive life stressing out the moral and financial support of the Municipal
Government. She also mentioned the plan of putting senior high school in the main
campus of Tipas National High School. It was corroborated when Mayor Manalo
spoke about his unequalled support to education. He discussed the scholarship
program of the Municipal government which aims to give financial assistance to all
students. For this year, he gave 400 pesos for each Municipal scholar and remitted a
cheque amounting to Php 97, 200.00 to the school. It was received by the school
principal, Mrs. Hazel Manalo and the school treasurer, Mrs. Narcisa Rongalerios.
After the ceremonial signing and remitting of the cheque, the school
expressed her deepest gratitude to the financial assistance and assured the parents
and the municipal officials the transparency and responsible spending of the financial
assistance.
Then, the parents were requested to proceed to the classroom of their
sons/daughters for Homeroom PTA elections. Before the elections the classroom
adviser reminded the parents about the needed credentials of the students such as
birth certificate and Form 138. Next, the election followed. The following were
elected as the new set of Homeroom PTA Officers 2016-2017 of Grade 9 Garnet:

The meeting started at 3:20 in the afternoon with
an audiovisual prayer. There were 30 out 35 parents
attended or 95% of the G7 Uranus parents attended the meeting.

The G8 adviser Mr. Jimwel V. Gutierrez welcomed the parents for the second
grading period card signing. He started applauding the parents with their
unparalleled support and contribution in the progress of their children. Subsequently,
he randomly and generally informed the parents about the class standing and
behavior of their children. He gave the parents some tips to always catch up with
their children academically and behaviorally. He reminded again the parents to help
their children to take good care of the school issued photocopies. The parents
agreed to it and assured the school of their cooperation.
Parents of frustrated reader were informed that their children will undergo
series of remedial classes in reading.
Afterwards, the parents of the “challenged” students such those of slow
reader and failing students were confidentially counselled to support their children
and the school to maintain a harmonious relationship leading to students’ progress.
Then, card signing followed.
The meeting was concluded at 4:30 in the afternoon. The meeting was
successfully carried out.

The meeting started at 10:45 in the afternoon with a prayer. There were 30
out of 35 parents attended or 94.9% of the G8 Resilience parents attended the
meeting.
The G8 adviser Mr. Jimwel V. Gutierrez directed the meeting. He started
lauding the parents with their unparalleled support and contribution in the progress of
their children for the entire year. Successively, he randomly and generally informed
the parents about the class standing and behavior of their children. He advised the
parents to stay close to their children especially to the forthcoming weeks due to
strenuous completion schedule. He gave the parents some tips to always catch up
with their children academically and behaviorally in the last months of the year. He
reminded again the parents to prepare the school issued photocopies for return. The
parents agreed to it and assured the school of their cooperation.
Afterwards, the parents of the “challenged” students such those of slow
reader and failing students were confidentially counselled to support their children
and the school to maintain a harmonious relationship leading to students’ progress.
Then, card signing followed.
The meeting was concluded at 11:30 in the morning. The meeting was
successfully carried out.

PTA MEETING

Attendees: Parents/Guardians of Honor students –G8-Resilience

Agenda: Candidates for Honor Deliberation

Venue: G-8 Resilience Classroom

The meeting started at exactly 10:00 in the morning with an audiovisual


prayer. There were 10 out 10 parents attended or 100% of the G8 Resilience parents
attended the meeting.
The G8 advisers Mr. Jimwel V. Gutierrez directed the deliberation. He started
acclaiming the parents with their unparalleled support and contribution in the
progress of their children. Consequently, They started the deliberation with the
discussion of DepEd Guidelines in the selection of Honor Students. Then, they
proceeded with the first phase of deliberation, the discussion of the co-curricular
activities accumulated by the candidates for honors. It was followed by the
discussion of academic performance. The parents were given time to assess the
deliberation. After 15 minutes, they were given moments to inquire. Next, the parents
acceded.
The meeting was concluded in extending gratitude of the school
administration to the parents for their innumerable support and contribution to the
success of the school year. At 10:55 in the afternoon the meeting was successfully
carried out.
