As a role model in our department her lack of
skill is very moderate, As a supervisor she
need a better understanding of needs of each
employee and not just a few. Plus a more
positive attitude would help. But she does
Comments: have great motivation to resole any issues
that may occur. And with that being said I
really feel positive that our department as a
whole will gain more and have a better
understanding in the future with the right
leadership.
