I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
Manhdrake Deng 05/06/1970 entered the home of the victim without permission and stabbed the victim with a
knife causing serious bodily injury. The Victim stated that after being stabbed Manhdrake fired a round from a
firearm at him and fled the scene. Witnesses identified Manhdrake as the perpetrator of the crime and landlord
of the property. Officers apprehended Manhdrake in his vehicle shortly after the incident. Officers reported
seeing a knife and blood in Manhdrake's vehicle corroborating the victims and witnesses statements. Manhdrake
refused an interview and asked for a lawyer.

The person would constitute a substantial danger to any other person or to the community, or is likely to flee the
jurisdiction of the court
A/P committed a violent premeditated attack on another person
