As a team we decided to not have a designated leader. We are a democratic organisation

and decisions will be made through voting. Furthermore, before uploading the assignments
on the WIKI system the end result will be double checked by someone else who can give us
feedback. We made a group chat in WhatsApp in order to communicate with each other. We
also agreed to start everyday at 8.30 a.m at zernikeplein 17. If someone has a delay of some
kind or a reason he or she has to let the team know on time. If this happens several times
there will be consequences. For example if you are not present several times the team can
vote to kick you out. We made that agreements in order to protect the quality of our
assignments. We think it is also fair for the assignments if everybody does puts the same
amount of work, time and effort into the project. In order to deal with the cultural differences
we agreed on communicating in English all the time and share our knowedge and experience
about marathon events.
