PRODUCT DESCRIPTION RECOMMENDED USES
ZINC CLAD XI WB BR is a water based inorganic silicate, For use over blasted carbon steel:
two-package, base and zinc dust which must be mixed just • As a high performance primer for severe corrosive
before using. and marine environments.
• Provides cathodic / sacrificial protection by the same • As an economical substitute for galvanazing.

• Avoid sub-film corrosion progression if suffer • Solvent immersion services.
mechanical damages.
• Has optimum solvent resistance. Not recommended for acids or alkalis direct contact.
• To receive high building epoxies a mist-coat is required.
• Polyurethane topcoats require a tie coat epoxy. Alkyd topcoats or oil based are not recommended.
• Its color helps to identify application failures.
• Application with 75 micrometers in single coat.
