The first thing that a Human Being should do to achieve Salvation is to find a True Master.

True Master/Satguru/Saint -True spiritual teacher. A Master who has access to Anami, the
highest adobe ruled by God. He is the incarnation of God on earth and is ordained to take
certain allotted souls back to God by initiating them into Surat Shabad Yoga. Not to be
confused with the ordinary use of the word saint meaning a person who leads a life of self-
sacrifice and dedication to God. God takes a human form in the form of a True Master to
protect souls (human beings) from Kaal/Satan(Devil) and to take back the souls to Sach
Khand or Anami. His physical body when seen from a near distance with naked eyes emits
supernatural bright lights. His body illuminates or glows supernaturally like dozens of light
bulbs are switched on. He is always present on the earth in every age.

Christ said- IN THE BEGINING WAS THE WORD, THE WORD WAS WITH GOD AND THE WORD
WAS GOD.

For the soul to achieve bliss/liberation it needs to merge in its source which is God(Word).
Similar to a water droplet merging into ocean. This Word is called-

Tao- By the Chinese Masters

Naam/Shabad- By the Sikh Masters
Naad/Nada- By the Hindu Masters
Word/Logos/Spirit/Holy Spirit- By Christ and other western Masters
Kalma- By the Muslim Masters
Sraosha - By the Zoroastrian Masters

Surat Shabad Yoga – The practice of joining the soul (Surat) into the Word( God) and merging
(Yoga) with it. Once the soul merges into the Shabad, it is carried by the Shabad to its source,
the God. Can only be taught and granted by a True Master who comes from the Sach Khand,
in the form of initiation. It is the Emperor of all other yogas. It is so simple that even a five
year old child can do it.

Initiation- It is the mantra granted by a True Master along with the correct meditation
technique. The mantra contains 5 holy words. These 5 words are the original names of the
rulers (kings) of the 5 regions of consciousness.

The four planes or spheres of existence that the soul has to cross or experience on its journey
to God-realization are-

1) Sach Khand- True region

2) Brahmand- casual- spiritual
3) And- astral-casual
4) Pind-physical
Sach Khand is the sphere of eternity, whereas Brahmand, And and Pind are divisions of
creation- conditioned by time and subject to dissolution. Sach khand is owned by God.
Brahmand, And and Pind are owned by Kaal/Satan (Devil). Kaal has trapped souls in his 3
kingdoms after meditating on God and asking boons from God.

These 4 planes contain the 5 regions of consciousness-

1) Sach Khand- True, eternal, everlasting, immutable region. Sach Khand is the fifth region.
It is the ocean of true Name, through which the nameless, formless reality of God is made
manifest. It is the realm of pure spirit, the real home of the soul. It is the 5th region. It is
divided into four stages-

a) Anami- Nameless without name. Used to refer to the supreme Lord, as no name is
adequate to describe it. It is the very final inner stage. Ruled by the Anami Purush who is
indescribable and boundless. No one except the True Masters and Saints can reach this place,
for it is their own primal home.

b) Agam- Inaccessible, unfathomable. It is the second stage of Sach Khand. Ruled by Agam
Purush. Trillions of suns and moons cannot compare to a single pore of His beauty.

c) Alakh-. Beyond perception. Third stage. Ruled by Alakh Purush. Ten million billion suns
and moons cannot compare to a single pore His beauty.

d) Sat Lok- True, real, everlasting plane. Fourth stage. Ruled by Sat Purush. Each pore of his
body emits the light of ten million suns and moons put together. A soul achieves Salvation
and the brightness equivalent to 16 suns and moons if it reaches here with the help of the
True Master.

Anami Purush, Agam Purush , Alakh Purush and Sat Purush are different forms of God
himself.

2) Bhanwar Gupha- Revolving cave, the name of the highest region of creation. This is the
region where the soul first recognizes its identity with God but is still separate from him. It is
the 4th region. It is present in Brahmand. Ruled by a negative power created by Kaal/Satan.

3) Daswan Dwar- Tenth Gate. This is the third spiritual region. It is present in Brahmand.
Ruled by a negative power created by Kaal/Satan.

4) Trikuti- The three prominences, the casual region. It is the second region. It is present in
the And. Ruled by a negative power created by Kaal/Satan.

5) Shansdal Kamal- The thousand petalled lotus, the astral region. It is the first spiritual plane.
It is present in And. Ruled by a negative power created by Kaal/Satan.
Now the lowest creation is the physical plane also called Pind or the physical body. This is not
included in the 5 realms of consciousness and is dealt separately.

Pind- The physical plane. It is divided into 6 chakras-

Third -Eye Chakra- Located between the eyebrows. Here our soul, which is tied with mind
(agent of Satan), sits.
Throat Chakra- Located in throat. Here Maya/Shakti rules.
Heart Chakra- Located in or behind the heart. Here Shiva rules.
Naval Chakra- Located in the navel region. Here Vishnu Rules
Sacral Chakra- Located at the root of the sexual organ. Here Brahma rules.
Root Chakra- Located at the base of the spine, anus. Here Ganesh rules.

The rulers of the chakras ranging from throat to anus take energy from the soul which sits in
the third eye or eye centre. These rulers or lords harm the soul and suck all its energy. All
these rulers including mind (which is tied with the soul) suck energy from the soul. They work
under the directions of Satan and are his agents. All these lords are created by Satan so that
the soul never reaches its true home, i.e Sach Khand. People usually get fooled to think that
these lords associated with chakras are positive energy and get trapped by them. Neverthless
a soul can never achieve bliss by achieving these chakras. Further these lords make the souls
to go to hell and finally to the mouth of Satan. Satan then chews the souls and harms it in the
hell by giving different dangerous punishments.

How to open the third eye-

After taking refuge of the True Master and getting initiated by Him three things are told to
be done by Him-

1)Simran- Repetition of 5 Holy names

2)Dhayan- Contemplation on the form of the Master
3)Bhajan- Listening to and eventually merging into the Shabad(Word)

Pre requisites-
1) Become a celibate. Stay away from distractions. Without celibacy third eye cannot be
opened. By celibacy is meant saving the semen inside the body in case of man, woman or
transgender.
2) Stop watching movies, television, internet, or any show. Also don’t listen to the radio.
Newspapers can be read.
2) Stop eating meat, fish, eggs, gelatine and intoxicants of all types including beer, wine,
alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes etc. Become a vegan or a lacto- vegetarian. Don’t do business or
trade in which you sell or provide these things to others as this will add up your sins (karmic
account).
3) Earn honest living without corruption.
4) Don’t hurt or harm anyone.
5) Never lie.

The only job of the disciple is to open the Tenth Door also called the Third Eye after
withdrawing the mind and the soul from the nine apertures of the body and concentrating
all the attention at the eye center. This can be achieved only by means of Simran.

1)Simran- Repeat the Mantra repeatedly and continuously in your mind. See that your lips
don’t move. Pronounce the word properly in the mind. You will have to do this in mind and
not with your mouth. This is called doing Simran. Do Simran 24 hours. Without doing SImran
for 24 hours nothing will be achieved. You can do Simran both when your eyes are closed or
open. Also don’t concentrate on your breathing while doing Simran. Initially it will be difficult
to do it but once the third eye opens with trance then it will happen automatically in your
mind.

2) Meditation- Make your room completely quiet. Get in a cross legged meditation posture.
You can also take back support of anything. If you are not comfortable in cross legged position
then just lay down on your bed by taking back support. Close both your eyes. Don’t look at
the darkness that you see after closing your eyes. This will strain and make your eyes to pain.
Just relax. Start doing Simran. Don’t stop Simran at any cost. Never concentrate on your
breathing. It has nothing to do here.
Do this meditation for a minimum of 2-3 hours daily. 3 am-5:30 am is the best time if you
can. Maximum for 5-6 hours to 24 hours. It is very good to meditate the whole nights every
day. While meditating if you hear sounds from inside your head (not outside environment)
then press your fingers on both right and left ear holes to see from which ear the sounds are
coming. If they are coming from the left ear then don’t listen to them and just concentrate
on your Simran. Negative energy communicates through the left ear. Sounds from right ear
can be heard and are from positive energy.

But the Sound current is useless right now. So don’t concentrate on it. Just concentrate on
the Simran. Even if a person keeps listening to the Sound Current 24 hours, it will not open
his third eye. Third eye can only be opened using Simran.

Once the course of Simran is completed, the third eye will open with a trance. The disciple
will then see flashes of lightning inside, followed by the appearance of starry sky, the Sun
and the Moon. Explode the brightest star present in the starry sky with the power of Simran
by looking at it. The Sun and the Moon should also be exploded the same way. When you
have crossed the Star, the Sun and the Moon regions through Simran, you will see the radiant
form of the Satguru, which will be standing in the region called Astdal Kawal(800 petalled
lotus). This radiant form is so beautiful that millions of suns cannot compare to its brightness
and beauty. The brightness of the 800 petalled lotus will seem a tiny black dot in front of the
radiant form. Only Simran, and nothing else, can make you reach the Feet of the Satguru.
Millions of moons or suns cannot compare to the brightness of one single toenail of this
radiant form. This radiant form will look similar to Master as he was in His physical body.
After seeing this radiant form the world(earth)will look like a big toilet filled with excreta.

The course of Simran ends at this point for it cannot take you beyond this region.

When the Satguru appears before you in his radiant form, you have to take to Dhayan., which
is the contemplation on the Feet of the Master, to keep the attention at that level. That is
itself a great achievement and the disciple feels extremely happy when he sees the Satguru
inside. At this time disciple should try to concentrate on the Feet of the Master as much as
possible; in fact; he should be so absorbed in the Satguru’s Feet that he forgets himself
completely and begins to feel that he is none other than the form he is contemplating. After
this the Master (in his radiant form) is always with the disciple to provide security from the
negative power Satan, otherwise the disciple will get trapped by Satan and Maya on the spot.
Then disciple should do the course of Bhajan. The (Shabad)Sound Current pull the soul
upwards like a magnet pulls a metal. The Satguru will be with Him at every step and will
answer any question that the disciple asks. If by Satguru’s Grace this state is achieved, the
disciple should try to keep this newly acquired power secret and should not talk about it to
anyone except Satguru; nor should he take any pride in it. He should try to hide it as a secret,
just as a woman hides her body. If the secret is leaked the Master will close the third eye.
One who doesn’t meet a True Master directly goes into the mouth of Satan and to hell after
death. Nevertheless at the time of death such soul has to face the pain of 100,000 scorpions.
Such a soul keeps transmigrating in pain and suffering.
