Congratulations on successfully completing the Bloodborne Pathogen training. This certificate of recognition is good for one
(1) year from the date as referenced above. As long as you are an employee or clinical student at CMU, or contracted business
associate, participating in the Carls Center for Clinical Care and Education or the CHP¶s on-campus and off-campus clinical
academic programs/services, an annual re-review and test is required. A re-review will be indicated sooner should OSHA
regulations, CMU policy, or departmental procedures significantly change.
