SCRIPT FOR RECOGNITION

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND SPECIAL AWARDEES

S.Y. 2016-2017

Good Morning, it is my pleasure to present to you the outstanding achievera and

special awardees of Grade Eight PEACE for this School Year 2016-2017, but before that
may we call on our Homeroom PTCA Officers to assist us in awarding the medals and
certificates.

First to be awarded are the outstanding achievers.

(1) SEAN NICOLE PAGARIGAN CHICO, With High honors, is the loving
daughter of Mr. Ronnie Poe Chico and Mrs. Editha Chico of Pindangan 2nd,
Camiling, Tarlac, Hennieli will receive a silver medallion and a certificate of
merit. Another gold medals and certificates of merit will be awarded to her, with
her Exemplary Achievement in English, Exemplary Achievement in
Science, Exemplary Achievement in Mathematics, Exemplary
Achievement in Araling Panlipunan, Exemplary Achievement in Filipino,
Exemplary Skills in Athletics, Exemplary Achievement in Arts, Conduct
Award, Most Responsible, Most Active and her participation in TAPSA
Academic Contest (Science) held at Ecumenical Christian College, Tarlac
City. Her loving mother Mrs. Editha Chico will don the medals.

(2) KRISTINE MAE CASTILLO SABENANO, With High honors is the loving
daughter of Mr. Virgilio Sabenano and Mrs. Evangelyn Sabenano of Bilad,
Camiling, Tarlac, will receive a silver medallion and a certificate of merit.
Another gold medals and certificates of merit will be awarded to her, with her
Exemplary Achievement in Mathematics, Exemplary Achievement in
Araling Panlipunan, Exemplary Achievement in Science, Conduct Award,
Most Punctual, Most Obedient, Most Responsible and her participation in
TAPSA Academic Contest (Araling Panlipunan) held at Ecumenical
Christian College, Tarlac City. Her loving mother Evangelyn Sabenano will
don the medals.

(3) KAYLENE DAMIAN MAGAHIN, With High Honors is the loving daughter of
Mr. Juanito Magahin and Mrs. Lilia Magahin of Bobon 2nd, Camiling, Tarlac,
will receive a silver medallion and a certificate of merit. Another gold medals
and certificates of merit will be awarded to her, with her Exemplary
Achievement in English, Exemplary Achievement in Mathematics, Most
Trustworthy, being Top 3 in TAPSA Academic contest and her participation
in the said event held at Ecumenical Christian College, Tarlac City. Her loving
mother Lilia Magahin will don the medals.

(4) LADY MAE REGASPI ESTEBAN, With Honors is the loving daughter of Mr.
Rolly Esteban and Mrs. Marilis Esteban of Surgui 1st, Camiling, Tarlac, will
receive a bronze medallion and a certificate of merit. She will also receive
another gold medal and certificate of merit for being Most Courteous. Her
loving mother Mrs. Marilis Esteban will don the medals.

(5) COLLEEN GABRIELLE TOLLEDO MOLINA, With Honors is the loving

daughter of Mr. Zosimo Molina Jr. and Mrs. Regi Molina of Poblacion H,
Camiling, Tarlac, will receive a bronze medallion and a certificate of merit,
another gold medal and certificate of merit will be awarded to her for being the
Most Behaved. Her loving mother Regi Molina will don the medals.

(6) FRANCIS GLEN ABRAZADO ESTEBAN is the loving son of Mr. Gilbert
Esteban and Mrs. Fely Esteban of Bacabac, Camiling, Tarlac, will receive a
bronze medallion and a certificate of merit. Another gold medal and certificate
of merit will be awarded to him for being the Most Diligent. His loving

 (7) ROJAY BOMBALES PURGANAN, With Honors is the loving son of Mr. Rolly
Purganan and Mrs. Jerita Purganan of Libueg, Camiling, Tarlac, will receive
a bronze medallion and a certificate of merit. Another gold medal and certificate
of merit will be awarded to him for being the Most Obedient. His loving

Here are the special awardees of the Grade Eight-PEACE.

(8) ROXANNE NICOLAS CASILA, is the loving daughter of Mr. Roger Casila and
Mrs. Marilou Casila of Pindangan 2nd, Camiling, Tarlac, Roxanne will receive
a gold medal and a certificate of merit for being Most Industrious..Her loving
Aunt Mrs. Glory C. Dupitas will don the medal.

(9) PATRICIA ANN GARMA DE ROXAS, is the loving daughter of Mr. Mauro De
Roxas and Mrs. Angelina De Roxas of Bobon Caarosipan, Camiling, Tarlac,
Patricia will receive a gold medal and a certificate of merit for being Most
Cooperative. Her _____________ will don the medal.

(10) CEA JAY NAVERA DELA CRUZ, is the loving son of Mr. Charlie Dela
Cruz and Mrs. Juliet Dela Cruz of Sinilian 1st, Camiling, Tarlac, Cea Jay will
receive a gold medal and a certificate of merit for being the Most Behaved
(Boy). Her mother Mrs. Juliet Dela Cruz will don the medal.

(11) EJJAY MARLON BAUTISTA NANO, is the loving son of Mr. Juleaus
Nano and Mrs Ma. Elena Nano of Nagserialan, Camiling, Tarlac, Ejjay will
receive a gold medal and a certificate of merit for being Most Courteous. His
loving mother Mrs. Ma. Elena Nano will don the medal.

(12) MICHAEL MARTIN, is the loving son of Mr. Albert Jamorabon and Mrs.
Milagros Martin of Nagsabaran, San Clemente, Tarlac, Michael will receive a
gold medal and a certificate of merit for being the Most Industrious. His

There you have it ladies and men the outstanding achievers of Grade Eight and the
special awardees of Grade Eight-Peace, and now may I call on the adviser of Grade
Eight-Unity Teacher Kaylyn Prudencio to introduce her outstanding achievers and her
special awardees.

May I request our Awarding Officers to remain on stage to assist teacher Kaylyn in
