Reflection
Write a summary of what you believe the main roles and responsibilities of a teacher
are.

 What surprised you?

 What shocked you?
 What delighted you?

All of the teacher have some rules to deal with the students in the classroom and the
teacher think the rules are so important to do it in the classroom for the students, and
the students will learn many things from the rules that the teacher use it. Teachers are
best known for the role of educating the students, also the teacher mentor and nurture
students, and listen and look for signs of trouble. My MST uses a lot of rules in the
classroom to help students to build and grow themselves. I surprised of the rules that
the teacher use it like he let them to write the date, day on the board and this rules is
important for the students because they will have organize lifestyle, also the second
rule the teacher take the attendance every day and this rule help the students to respect
the time and be in the class on the time. I face some rules that shocked me. For
example, when the students play on their phone while the teacher explain the lesson
he deals with them to take the phones and not give them the phone between two
classes until the end of the class, also he give them four black points that means the
students do a bad behavior in the class, the black points will help the students to do a
good behavior next time because if they will get more than 10 black points they will
lose the grade of the participating in the class for that they have to do their best in the
class. Finally I interest and am so happy of the one rule that the teacher use it. For
instance, my MST let the students tidy the classroom and clean the tables and take the
dirty if they have on the table before they leave. This rule helps the students on the
home or anyplace they will go because they will take their dirty and clean the place.
