- Able to plan and execute a lesson and manage the time.

- Able to interduce her directions and lesson well.
- Good time management skills.

Areas for Development:

- Ensuring a step by step approach to giving instructions to make sure instructions are checked even when
students are older.
- Develop more strategies for getting feedback such as getting students to write on who and only checking
problems.
- Needing to raise your voice confidently.
- Be attention to your students when they engage in something outside the lesson.
General Comments:
Fatema showed an awareness of planning for her teaching. It would be good to follow how she
builds on feedback. I hope she continue to grow as a teacher.
