SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Purok Everlasting, Barangay Visayan Village Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint my son K. BRENTH-MA. D. HILDAWA of legal age, Filipino,
single and a resident of Purok Everlasting, Barangay Visayan Village Tagum City, Philippines, to
be the true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and on behalf of my name, place and stead, to do
and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To claim my requested Original Copy of my Certificate of Live Birth, National Bureau of

Investigation Clearance; and

2. To sign and receive other pertinent papers requested by the undersigned.

Generally, to do such acts and things necessary and/or requisite for the consummation of
the authority and transactions herein mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done with regards to the claim of requested
pertinent papers and other claims as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
lawfully do if personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
