ASSERTIVENESS TEST

This test is very useful for you to realise how you cope with other people in situations when
both want to achieve their own goals and they are not necessarily the same. The test will reveal
the way you tend to behave in normal conditions and under stress and what are the potential
negative and positive outcomes.

PART II: Table of results


1. For each “I agree” answer, place a cross in the matching square/column for that question.
Per example, if you answer “I agree” to question number 4, put a cross on the first square of the
“Aggressive attitude” column.

2. Then, calcule the score of each column by adding the number of crosses in that column. That
score indicates how likely are you to adopt that behaviour. In case you score the most in
“Assertiveness attitude” then the second highest score is how you tend to behave under stress.
